This is an interesting mock, I've never seen anyone project Kenny Vacarro to the Titans other than myself.
He's a darkhorse for sure, but if we paired him next to Griffin we'd have an instant upgrade.
I'd be somewhat disappointed if we passed on Werner, but we primarily need depth so we could add that in the following rounds.

Great Miami pick!

Please, no more Barrett Jones for the Ravens. Or any interior OL in the top few rounds for that matter.

Even if Birk retires?
As for my team, Detroit, I like Millner but doubt he'll be the pick. There's a ton of CBs available at the top of the 2nd and there is better value at 5. I'd go Werner or Mingo probalby and possibly Fisher or even Vaccaro. I think a dual threat S is harder to find than a CB like Millner, who isn't a pure #1 type.

Yes even if Birk retires. They just took Gradkowski with a top 100 pick last season and he's done nothing to show that he shouldn't get the first chance at C if Birk is gone. Depth is a need for the interior OL but not starters.

Taking Vaccaro at #5 would be really high, but like you said, finding those elite safeties are few and far between.

If we pass on Werner or Jones for Glennon, I'm starting a fight.

Im leaning towards DJ Fluker at #20 but Cooper is a good pick.

I'm not sure Trufant is a good fit for what the Colts want in a CB. They're probably looking for a bit bigger and more physical an athlete.

If we trade down then Fluker would be nice. I'll take Cooper or Jones over Fluker any day at 20.
