I get the Jets are aging on defense, but they have gone defense in the first round for while now. Wilson, Wilkerson, Couples..and now Jordan? Defense isn't the glaring problem for the Jets, it's offense..don't get why they wouldn't be trying to add pieces to that side of the ball. Someone like Patterson, Warmack or even Eddie Lacy (although may be considered high) would make much more sense IMO.

Yeah, I can definitely see the Jets taking him at 9. While I think that is too high, I wouldn't be completely disappointed. Even though theyve focused on defense the past few first rounds, the Jets desperately need to create a pass rush on the outside for the defense to be successful.
