There's no denying the fact that he's an incredible physical talent, but I don't know if he'll be a world beater once he gets to the Big's. I think he would have to get into the perfect situation (i.e. being teamed up with an elite QB) for his talents to really ring true. That being said, because of his speed and agility, I don't doubt his ability to immediately make impact plays.
I don't think most teams really care how intelligent wide receivers are.
