If you need a big man, sign one of the thousands of more useful guys than Kenyon Martin. K-Mart does NOTHING at this point. He's too slow to be a good defender, he can't rebound, he can't score inside...

It's a 10 day contract. If he has a pulse it's a good move. If he sucks we let him go after 10 days. It's not the end of the world.

Did anyone else see LeBron make that left handed 3 that banked in from the left side of the court after a whistle?

That would be a pointless offer for Atlanta, everything they have done starting with trading Joe Johnson was for financial flexibility this summer, they were only going to move Smoove if they could get young assets or high draft picks in return. Taking on Udoh and Mbah Moute's combined 8.5 mil next year would be a waste, plus protection on the pick that will be a mid first.

Yeah, it wasn't a good offer from Milwaukee...I think a package of Larry Sanders, John Henson, Beno Udrih and a first round pick could've landed them Smith

Umm, I'm pretty sure a package of just Larry Sanders and whatever gets them the money to get there is enough for Smith.

Even though his numbers are down as opposed to his first two years, Blake Griffin is a much better player. He has legitimate post moves on the low block where he can go turn either left or and go up with either hand.
He used to be a one trick pony that would stall the offense when the ball went through him.
Has to be nice to have a pf that can play fast or slow.

Too bad he can't shoot to save his life. If he could develop a consistent jumper from mid-range, he'd be such a beast.
yo said it earlier, he has the talent to work on it.

Durant improved a ton from his opening years so anything is possible, but right now Kyrie isn't THAT good.

Lol, he's 21 and is averaging 24/6/4 on 47/42/85 splits and he isn't even close to reaching his potential. Kenneth Faried is better, right? lol. Go stare at spreadsheets some more. You're wrong.

His assist to turnover ratio is less than 2:1, which is pathetic for a PG. And 4 rebounds is nothing, so I don't get the point of stating that. So basically, it goes back to again his scoring. Which you completely ignored my point where I stated his inherent flaws, and you say "LOL GO STARE AT A SPREADSHEET." Christ you're bad at arguing. Also, for the last time, I SAID HE'S NOT ELITE RIGHT NOW. OTHERS ARE CLAIMING HE IS. I SAID WHY HE ISN'T, YOU AREN'T DOING A GOOD JOB OF STATING OTHERWISE.
Also, shut the **** up raiderz. You are a ******* moron, and you don't know a goddamn thing about basketball.

I don't pretend anything, I argue what I believe. All you do is go "HAHA SNOWFLAKE HAHA LOOK GUYS" instead of actually debating against something I say. Plus, a 14 year old girl has better grammar than you.

WHO THE **** CARES IF HE DOESN'T HAVE 10APG?? Seriously? Why can't he just be a SG that is decent at passing the ball? I feel like the fact that he's labeled a PG is the only thing fueling your hate. Yeah four rebounds isn't much but it would lead just about any other PG other than Russ and Rondo.
And seriously, you're basing your hate off the fact that he shoots a below average percentage from the rim. That's a ridiculously small portion of his shots, and he doesn't get to the line as often as you like yet he still scores 24 a game at a pretty good percentage considering his amount of long distance shots.
And i told you i don't give a **** about the elite not elite label. It's as stupid as the Eli Manning elite not elite arguments that went on forever. I don't give a **** who you rank as elite and what you consider elite. He's a top 6 PG, and the five guys ahead of him are top ten NBA players, depending on your rankings. He's easily top 15.

Oh, and his shooting splits DESTROY James Harden's. A guy who you claim is elite and a top fifteen player (and i don't disagree with that). A guy who leads the NBA in FTA's. Yet Harden only averages two more points per game than Kyrie does, while having a **** ton more FTAs. TWO. Kyrie has better assist numbers and Kyrie rebounds at a better per minute rate, plus turns the ball over less while being clutch.
So.... Kyrie isn't elite or a top 15 nba player. Okay. You like using numbers, there are your numbers.

BECAUSE HE HAS NO ******* SECONDARY SKILLS. The reason people think he's elite is because he's this great scorer, but he isn't. He takes a lot of shots and it inflates his totals, it's how it works. He averages less points per shot than Gallo, a guy who people **** on for being a chucker. Plus, his team sucks and he hasn't done much to change it at this point, the team's second best player went apeshit without him and he didn't contribute anything to his production (until he got hurt), he's a below average passer for a PG (***** about it all you want, he's a damn PG and he's there to stay), and he's not exactly a dominant defender. The Cavs moderate improvement is more to Tristan playing like a different player over the last two months.

Points per shot:
Harden: 1.53
Kyrie: 1.27
That's a HUGE difference.

That's skewed due to Harden's ridiculous FTA's. That's the only stat Harden has outperformed Kyrie in, but you claim Harden as elite and not Kyrie. Don't ignore everything else i just said. Kyrie wrecks his splits, has better assist numbers, rebounding numbers and less turnovers. Now what?

Harden's been a better rebounder (although position wise it's SG vs PG so it's a wash), and he's a SG so his assist numbers should be lower. Lin is the PG after all. And you keep acting like FTA mean nothing, they do. They mean A LOT. Harden is the best in the league at getting to the line, which makes him a far better player than Kyrie.

I'm not taking anything away from Harden, he's definitely stepped his game up after a so-so start, but Kyrie has clearly out performed him in a lot of areas and the numbers are there to prove it. Whether you want one guy over the other is irrelevant, numbers wise Kyrie has been the better player yet you say he isn't top fifteen and that Kenneth Faried is better than him. Okay.

What's with you jumping into discussions you weren't involved in since the beginning? Don't criticize something that i never even said. I'm not dismissing free throw attempts, i'm saying his PPFTA is high and that much different than Kyrie's because of his leading the league in FTAs. That's not a dismissal. Kyrie is still outperforming him in everything else. And it isn't a Kyrie v. Harden debate, it's a Kyrie is top fifteen debate.
