That Wandy fight was awesome. Like something out of Frye - Takayama. Straight haymaker fest.

Every card needs 1 Stann/Wand fight.

They need to put Wanderlei on free tv. That guy is always in wars and casual fans would love him.
Im surprised Diego wasnt in a super exciting fight. He usually is. Maybe losing 50 pds before the fight drained him. Gomi was Robbed

http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2013/3/5/...chasers-exodus Ive been reading up on how much a sick, villianous, asshole that Lloyd Irvin is for a while, but now I'm genuinely disturbed. He is pretty much a cult leader and pure evil by the sounds of it.

It's more about how Dana is always trying to get him to do stuff but can't get him.

I love that Dana said that if Diaz wins hes gonna need to sit him down and have a come to god moment. I would love to see Diaz as champ just because of how much of a pain in the ass he would be for Dana.

I know you're a Frenchie and all, but seeing Dana have to strap Diaz would be so damn amazing. There's at least a 25% chance Diaz flips him off at some point.
That said, GSP is going to eviscerate him.

Im gonna go 75% on Diaz giving GSP the bird while he has him in guard.

I want some ***** slaps too. Like he pulled on conidt.
Really though, I think strategically, it would be cool to see Diaz fo for some sort of leg lock. I feel like with a serious knee surgery behind him, even if GSP worked on leg locks, he probably didn't have guys really going after them. The only thing is that leg locks are so risky in mma.

Really hoping to see Diaz wrestlefucked (what? I know!), but I admit it would be pretty funny to have Diaz as the champ. Just don't see it happening, though. GSP is going to manhandle him.

I assume that will be the case, but honestly all the fights that Diaz got wrestlefucked in were so long ago they don't really apply now as far as Im concerned. GSP is an an incredible all around grappler, but that doesn't mean that Diaz won't be able to sweep or threaten him on the ground to a point where he'll try standing. This is coming from a Diaz supporter, but I think despite Diaz' amazing boxing, I don't see it as the advantage some people do. GSP has those great kicks and a wider range of techniques. I don't think GSP should want to play on the feet with Diaz, but I don't think it would put him at a massive disadvantage. I hate GSP, but he is so inscredibly well rounded, smart, and athletic. I think Diaz has a finishers chance on both the feet and the ground, but I fully expect GSP to win this one.
I think no matter the outcome, there will be some hilarity. If Diaz wins, all hell breaks loose. If GSP wins a decision, which is pretty likely, god knows what Nick will say. Imagine if Diaz wins an pops for weed. When Nick Diaz is around, things get interesting. He just a maniac.

Diaz hasn't even fought a strong wrestler since Sean Sherk 7 years ago, so we really can't make assumptions that he's any better at not getting wrestlefucked. I might give you Gleison Tibau, but even that was 6.5 years ago.

But Shrek couldnt take him down. It was actually a boxing match. Watching Diaz sprawl Shrek was impressive.
GSP will take him down and beat the snot outta him for 5 rds. Im intrigued by the Condit Hendricks fight

I don't know man, I think Diaz has a much better chance than a lot of guys GSP has faced. That is in no way a know on GSP's competition, but when you look at Diaz' well rounded skills, he may not give GSP a place to feel safe be it standing or on the ground. Most likely GSP puts him down and grinds and punches and elbows for 5 rounds, but Diaz has a shot.
