I just cant roll with him. I've liked these Michigans kids for a while and esp. Hardaway Jr. (his dad was my fav player). I just cant root for the 1st rnd upset. CANT DO IT...damn it...

I'm turned off from K-State just enough for them to somehow roll off 3 wins.

I actually like Kansas State and have them advancing to the Elite 8; losing to New Mexico.

New Mexico has Big Game Alford at the helm, they will never make a Final Four. Elite 8 is pushing it as well.

The West region is a joke compared to the other regions. If you were to rank the teams most likely to make it to a Final Four out of that region, New Mexico would one of the top 2 squads to do so.

Wisconsin struggles against teams that play a similar style to their own, and Kansas State is a team I would characterize as falling into that category.

Bruce Weber is a coach who is very familiar with preparing against Bo Ryan teams as well.

yeah, neither team has much front court presence and La Salle has the guard play to keep up. plus Ramon Galloway is the kind of guy I can see a crowd getting behind and turning things into a de facto home game for them

The game will be in Kansas City so I'm guessing there will be enough of a K-State contingent to avoid the crowd becoming overwhelming towards the underdog.

I feel like Wisconsin is battled proofed from the Big 10 to the point that they are going to be able to get through the first 2 games and I feel comfortable they can play up to the competition. Plus I do not like that K State got manhandled 3 times by Kansas.

Wisco is a tough team to pick and I feel like a lot of people are just kind of dumping them in the elite 8. They have had a lot of big wins, but they've also had a good number of poor losses. My main concern is that they've had similar teams before that have not fared well in the tournament.

The Badgers only "poor" loss came against Purdue.

The greatest concern with the Badgers is where the offense will come from during any given game.

Because you have to score in the tournament. People never learn.
