Minnesota is doing a bang up job somehow making their lousy offense worse.

Minnesota's offense is going to be terrible until they get a solution at qb.

They could at least try to make it better. I get the Percy thing, but letting your best guard walk and signing a ****** one is not a good idea. Sullivan is still the best center in the NFL and AD is AD, but that offense is just worthless.

There's still the draft. Let's wait and see what they do then.

So where do they go with their early picks. An interior lineman seemed a pretty safe bet but now i wouldn't be surprised at anything from DE to WR to TE even.

Are you talking about Schwartz? He was benched down the stretch last year in favour of Brandon Fusco, and was hardly our "best guard" when he was in. If they don't add an OG via the draft early, Fusco would remain the starter.

I'd add Kalil and Rudolph to that list of no names on offense too. Sitting there with two #1s they should be able to get some playmakers on that side of the ball.

We traded Percy for a first round pick and signed Greg Jennings. I don't really know what you're talking about.

He got benched because you have a dumb coaching staff.

What guard did we let walk? Geoff Schwartz? He never started a game last year. Charlie Johnson is still our LG and Brandon Fusco at RG. Brandon Fusco could be upgraded but our O-Line is the same line as last year.

I also don't understand all the Ponder hate, I know we all have been spoiled by the production of young QB's the past couple years with Luck, RG3, Wilson and Newton but Ponder has only started 1 full year and in that year he went 10-6. Obviously Adrian Peterson going off helped out a lot and he carried the team but Ponder didn't do anything to lose games. In the 6 games we lost this year his passer ratings were 114.6, 83.2, 74.8, 37.3, 58.2 and 41.9 and his season average was an 81.2 which ranked him at 21. What we have to remember is that Percy Harvin only played in 9 games last year and in those 7 other games, Ponder had to rely on Kyle Rudolph. Jerome Simpson was a waste last year and Jarius Wright came on late. Also when it counted, Ponder put up 234 yards, 3 TDs and a passer rating of 120.2 against a Packers team fighting for the 2nd seed.

Now that the Vikings have Greg Jennings and Jarius Wright has a full year under his belt plus the potential addition of a Wide Receiver in the draft in the early rounds. Christian Ponder will have no reason not to succeed with those guys listed and plus Adrian Peterson drawing 8 in the box and Kyle Rudolph being sure handed. The Vikings offense will be fine in 2013.

ponder was completing passes at like 72% for the first half of the season, i dont really get the hate either. He is what we thought he'd be, hes fast and accurate with an average arm

no shame in having peterson and harvin making you look good if you can improve yourself too. hopefully they get him some weapons and he can take the next step

To honest, I've been on the "we aren't going to pick a guard at 10" bandwagon for a while. I think there's still a pretty good chance we pick someone to play RG in the 3rd round or so. Maybe one of those G/T guys who can take over for Stewart eventually.

The 10th pick is pretty hard to predict right now. I like a lot of these recent additions for the Tits in the sense that it gives them flexibility with the pick. At the moment I'd say DE and CB are our biggest needs, but obviously it depends who is there at 10. I wouldn't rule out DT or WR as possibilities with S as a longshot.

Ya you are right. The only possible explanation for Schwartz not playing or being resigned is stupidity on the part of the Vikings, and not his own poor play.

I don't really get the thought process that CB is a need. We have McCourty and Verner, both are solid starters.

They are both solid, but an improvement could definitely be had. Also consider that Verner is much better in the slot and that he will be a UFA after this season.

I'd be totally fine with Richardson as the pick. The Titans seem to be looking for a bigger DE and Richardson seems to have the athletic capability to be a DE/DT swing guy. At the moment I'd like Ansah, but who knows if he will actually be there.

I didn't even remember where he played last year. I know he was not great with the Saints, not a good 4-3 fit. I really wanted him a few years ago. Hopefully he has something left in the tank.

I get the impression that we view RJF as a DE more than a NT.
