Does anyone else have problems with joints cracking? I have a lot of cracking/popping sounds on my knees and ankles when I do squats and lunges, and while it doesn't hurt, it's certainly annoying.

Crack, pop every time I go down. It sounds like someone's taking a sledgehammer to my bones.

My knees have been cracking and popping for as long as I remember when I squat. I'm not sure it means we have major knee problems, but I haven't really asked a doctor about it since I was told not to worry about it years ago.

My post workout shake has BCAAs in it already. I take Glutamine to over do it since it helps with DOMS. I get them pretty good at times. While I love what it means, I'm a ***** about them lol

Never really competed, but I got to a point where I was going to the gym 7 days a week and took it extremely serious. I buffed up like crazy and didn't have much body fat, then I got a second job and lost motivation to lift because I was so tired all the time.

I found my old Abs Diet book a few weeks ago - started it yesterday. I think the workout will be good since its a circuit and works out my lower body (which I have been avoiding). I incorporated that workout into my normal routine - gonna do that MWF and run on Tues/Thurs/Sat. Made some of the smoothies today with the recipes in the book - they have some whey in them. Looking forward to seeing the results. Anyone else try this out? Looks like its basically eating certain foods and keeping the metabolism up during the day by eating 6 times.
