Only fan bases that would take him are teams with no qb. IE buffalo Oakland and maybe the jets or jags.

If you're saying other teams would upgrade over him from their current starters I dot know if you'd get the same answer.

With josh freeman there's a high chance you can get an awfully disaster of a performance on the field.

Sean Renfree to the bucs in round 4 or 5. Mark it down.

I think that might be a little early for Renfree, but I'm a fan of his. He should be a real solid back up.

I am saying there is 10 franchises that wouldn't take him to be the starter.

But the same goes for the Bucs...

Plus the Jets are more worried about PR than any team in the league and unloading Sanchez could be seen as a huge move to the majority of their fanbase. It would play well publicly. Just to get rid of him would look good. Not saying that's smart, but it's Woody Johnson we're talking about.
I think it would be smart for the Jets. You have to look at it long term. Under the new CBA, you can take every single dollar you are under the salary cap forward to future seasons. So that $9M you save this year is added to your cap space next season. It will definitely end up getting used.

Plus, I think Jets fans are so fed up with Sanchez that they are just done with him. I think it would be an easier sell to fans to basically say that you are taking one rebuilding year and going with a young QB. The next draft is loaded and maybe you get Bridgewater or Clowney or someone who can be the new face of the franchise. Something they badly need.
