Slay is legit. I think he is a solid second round pick, better corner prospect than Johnthan Banks if you ask me. Somebody might take a chance on him in the late first but the second round is his likely landing spot.

Slay is definitely better than Banks as a corner prospect. After Milliner, Rhodes, Trufant and Taylor will likely be the first four corners taken and might all go in the first. After those four, Slay's name might be the next corner's we hear.

Banks is better and it's not even close. You just have to watch the game against Tennessee. Cordarrelle Patterson was struggling to catch passes when covered by Banks. Patterson abused Slay, burning him deep, getting wide open in the endzone. And then Banks won the 2012 Jim Thorpe Award. For Slay to be somehow ranked ahead of Banks, the rankings have to be based on the 40-yard dash (Al Davis' system?).

I think Hayden is locked into that group if his tests came back good with the team doctors.

Hayden is right up there too. I knew there was a name slipping my mind at that time.

Some are saying Slay has a torn meniscus. Might be a smoke screen, even if it is torn not the end of the world. Still has a shot at the first round.

If you are going to use that as an arguement, you must have missed when Donte Moncrief made Banks look like a middle schooler.

Meniscus isn't an injury to get overly worried about. I still think he finds his way off the board in the second round.
