Like it a lot. Depending on how Leon's recovery has progressed by late April, I think we may need a CB early. Maybe swap Christian Jones for his teammate Lamarcus Joyner?

Anxious to see how Kirkpatrick and Ghee do in Pitt. Leon's recovery risk along with age of Newman would support a CB within early rounds.

I think the secret is out on Carlos Hyde, not sure if he will last until our 3rd pick, would jump on him if he was still there.

My mock would be pretty much be any Fl State player on the board, they are that good. They kicked our butts in Clemson.

I hope Dre Kirkpatrick progresses but going into next season I think we have to draft a CB really early. I like Justin Gilbert and Dennard from Mich. State as my two favorites right now. If we don't take a CB in the 1st round then Verrett and Roby would be my top two targets for the 2nd round. Solid mock though, especially this early. Good job.

Thanks for the replies gentlemen. Obviously this mock was done in mid-November so a lot has changed. At that time Whitworth was still at LT and Vinny Rey hadn't shown us anything. I can atleast love the fact that I projected Whitworth to LG and that it would work out nicely. Obviously it would be in our best interests is we can grab a CB with one of our first two picks along with a LT to ensure that Whitworth stays at LG. Clearly Carlos Hyde isnt going to make it until the back end of the 3rd round now but atleast I saw his high value before the experts did. I would still be happy with the 4th-7th round picks.
