Last year was this first year Thomas had ever played LB so he should be alot more comfortable with the position this year. I expect even better things from him this year.

The entire top of that draft till 7 are very solid players.

And you cant call PacMan a bust, he was one of the best corners in the league until he, as Jim Rome loves to say "Made It Rain,"

Anyone care to tell me why David Pollack is a bust? He was consistantly improving then he broke his freaking neck, his career isn't over yet.

Yeah he had 4.5 sacks as a backup his rookie year playing a position he had never played in his life. Then he breaks his neak, so no way you can call him a bust.

Pollack can't be a bust, kind of like KiJana Carter can't be. Both suffered horrible injuries early in their careers and never had a real chance to showcase what they could do. I would put both down as disappointments, but due to unfortunate circumstances, not poor performance.

Jason Campbell is going to be a beast this year. If you watched the final 3 games for the redskins you would know. Since ESPN loves Dallas you never see the skins highlights though, so just watch out for JC

Campbell has the weapons and the tools to do well this year. It will become a matter of coaching and execution. The Skins have a tough divisional schedule against some pretty good D's. Campbell could do very well. I can't count him out, but I think he will really break out in 2008.

My busts are:
Pacman Jones, Titans
Troy Williamson, Vikings
Mike Williams, Lions
Travis Johnson, Texans
Erasmus James, Vikings
Matt Jones, Jaguars
Aaron Rodgers, Packers
Roddy White, Falcons

I do not include David Pollack because he just ran into a world of bad luck. Injury does not mean bust.

How exactly is Rodgers a bust when he basically hasn't played yet?

I wouldn't put James or Jones on that list. James because he was hurt this whole year and Jones because he has played two years at the position with inconsistency at the quarterback position.

That was actually a really good draft for the Titans.

Aside from Pacman Jones's off the field problems, he's a very talented player, and was showing it against top competition. Him being suspended for a year doesn't make him a bust, since he can still play at a high level, and likely will still be able to when he returns.

In Round 2, we picked OT Michael Roos, who is our future at LT.

Round 3, we picked up WR depth in Courtney Roby, and found a #2 WR in Brandon Jones.

Round 4, depth at FS with Vincent Fuller, who will be in contention for the starting FS spot this year, and OT David Stewart who is our future at RT. Plus more WR depth with Roydell Williams.

Round 5, Damien Nash, who eventually was released, and regretably died recently. OT depth with Daniel Loper.

Round 6, we found a steal in TE Bo Scaife, who will split time with Ben Troupe at TE, if not start.

Round 7, we found an amazing steal in CB Reynaldo Hill. Though many Titans fans hate him due to his knack for giving up the big play, he's been a great player considering how late he was picked, and at worst, will be a great back-up.

We got 5 quality starters out of this draft, and pissibly 7 if training camp turns out that way. It was a helluva' draft for the Titans.

anyone who says Pacman is a bust is just totally blind.

He has off the field problems but he has taken care of business so far on the field.

Michael Roos is a future top 5 LT in the league. The titans got a steal with him in the 2nd round.

Yea, but if Pacman can't stay on the field because of his off-field actions then he is a bust in my opinion.

I have to disagree, when he's on the field he's worthy of his pick but obviously thats an issue. An issue I might add that the Titans were well aware of so its not really shocking.

Mark Clayton and Shawne Merriman were the cream of the crop so far. Caddy and Ronnie Brown will be top RBs in the league and Alex Smith should be solid for my team.

The eagles got arguably the best WR from that draft in Reggie Brown and it was in the 2nd round.

Exactly. It was out of their control. Nothing can be done to avoid freak injuries.

I see busts as guys that had all the health they needed but plain sucked. Someone like Ryan Sims or Mike Williams (both).

Pacman Jones is the best CB from round one from that draft, off field problems isn't going to make you a bust, more like poor play.
