Might want to think about some cb depth in the draft...can get solid value midway through the second day. You would have to be scared with dwight smith and ronyell whitaker as your backups. Maybe switch the Black pick to Bain or Jackson or Talley...someone that can at least have a chance of making it in the NFL as a nickel back.

i think we're going sign nick harper who played under frazier in indy, so that should add some more depth at corner.

Visanthe Shiancoe will start at TE with his contract. 18 millon ovr 5 years. 7 million for a signing bonus.
6th rounder was for Brooks Bollinger not Artis Hicks. Artis Hicks cost a 4th rounder from last years draft.
Ross Koldziej has been cut.
Udeze will start next year.
Vinny Ciurciu is a MLB.
I pray someone other than Hicks and Cook start next year.

i hate how everyone loves this gonzalez character, i dont think hes going to be worth a lick in the NFL, he was hardly worth a lick in college without Ginn who isnt going to be more than a possible #2 and KR.

1. LaRon Landry (S)
2. Jason Hill (WR)
3. Mansfield Wrotto (OG)
4. Alama-Francis (DE)
5. Yamon figurs (WR)
6. Andrew Carnahan (OT) (you sure we traded this one, im pretty sure we still have our 6th)
7. Clifton Ryan (DT) (i think we might have lost our 7th in the trade for bollinger, but im not sure on that either)

offense:

qb: tavaris jackson/ brooks bollinger
rb: chester taylor/ mewelde moore/ ciatrick fason/ artose pinner
fb: tony richardson/ jim kleinsasser
wr1: Jason Hill/ bobby wade/ jason carter
wr2: troy Williamson/ billy mcmullen/ martin nance
te: visanthe shiancoe/ richard owens/ jeff dugan
lt: bryant mckinnie/ andrew Carnahan
lg: steve hutchinson/ anthony herrera
c: matt birk/ ryan cook
rg:Mansfield Wrotto/artis hicks/marcus johnson
rt: ryan cook/ andrew carnahan

defense:

le: kinechi udeze/alama-francis/ray edwards
dt1: kevin williams/ clifton ryan
dt2: pat williams/ clifton ryan
re: erasmus james/ ray edwards
slb: ben leber/ hank farwell
mlb: ej henderson/ vinny ciurciu
wlb: chad greenway/ dontarrious thomas
cb1: antoine winfield/ devonte edwards
cb2: cedric griffin/ nick harper (me thinks) / charles gordon
fs: laron landry/ dwight smith
ss: darren sharper/ tank williams/ greg blue

I would be very, very disappointed if we were to leave FA and the draft without adding at least 1 Olinemen, preferably 3 or 4. We could do with a consistent LT, though its far from our biggest problem, which is the fact that our right side is useless. Not useless in the "they might get better" sense, but useless as in "how the hell are they starting in the NFL" useless.

I still want us to trade Sharper for anything we can get, if we could get a 4th or 5th rounder it would be worth it. He just doesnt fit in a tampa 2 scheme and he is just about done regardless.

Im still hoping that we can add a pick or 2 for someone and hoping we add a linebacker to replace Leber and at least provide some insurance for Greenway.

I dont drool over drafting Anthony Gonzalez but i like Gonzalez he would be a good fit into our system. in your lil mock situation here this is what i would like to see though if it where Landry we took in the first

1.laron Landry S LSU
2.Arron Sears OT/OG Tennesseee
3.Craig Davis WR LSU
4.Best Pass rush DE left
5.Best WR left/Best DT left
6.Whichever we dont pick from above
7.BPA of(O-line, LB, CB, or QB)

Williamson won't start as the #1 WR. That first depth chart is pretty realistic, with the exception of Shiancoe. I don't think Ray Edwards would start either.

I will Puke if Bollinger beats out Tarvaris jackson for the starting job... Im sorry but if Bollinger somehow ends up beating T-jack and we didnt draft quinn than i would regret not taking him... Bollinger is a career backup

Drew Henson is missing (not that anyone would mind him staying off the
roster)

and Chandler Williams might be seen as that returner.

Right now I'd guess they're going to limit him to passing situations only (at RDE) To me anyways this would make the most sense. And I'd expect him
to play a good deal on special teams.

Sounds like the plan is to continue starting Udeze ..yippie.
