Too lazy to think of "other", so off that list, I'd go with Stafford or McCoy.
Btw, if you include redshirt sophs, watch out for Jameel Sewell of UVA if things go well. That said, no I wouldn't be a homer and say he was a top QB. But if he can get some consistency, there's a chance he could put up real good numbers.

I voted for Juice, but didn't see McCoy.. I would vote for McCoy if I could re do it.
I'm not a big Stafford fan.. I think he is slightly over rated, but could be very good.

Come on, now. The ACC was nothing special last year.
Skinner is a good QB, and Wake is fortunate to have him, but he can't hold a candle to most of the QBs on this list.
