The "Apologize to Norv Turner" Thread

Everyone killed the Chargers when they fired Marty, only to hire the much maligned Norv Turner to replace him. Criticism would only increase as the Chargers started out very slowly. Now the team has won eight games in a row, including two playoff victories. Marty Schottenheimer was unable to provide what Norv Turner has been able to.

So what does that mean?

I personally think we can conclude from this that coaching is supremely overrated. We've seen many mediocre head coaches go to a better organization and all of the sudden become "better" coaches.
