Definitely Gallery, Perry really hasn't had a chance with Rudi still in Cinci.

When Chris Perry was playing he was one of the best #2s in the league. He is a great receiver and a very solid runner. I don't see how he is a bust. That was just a insurance pick in case Rudi didn't work out.

I think that Gallery has to be considered the biggest bust. Rashun Woods is pretty massive, but the fact is NO ONE thought that the 2nd overall pick would be as poor as he is.
