There's one difference with the example you're giving. If I didn't like people with fetus' on their faces it wouldn't be because of a specific race. It would be because I find the act revolting. It would have nothing to do with the person's genetic qualities. Your comment was very on edge and could have been taken the wrong way quite easily in my opinion. Especially if you're an Asian person. You go up to a group of Asians and say "I don't like the way Asian faces look", I bet you they won't be fine with it. You may not believe it's racist, but the comment you initially made is borderline and just rude.
