Looks like former 4* TE commitment Blake Ayles from Southern Cal will be transferring to Miami. Going to follow coach Carroll who recruited him, and because of USC's sanctions, he will be eligible to play right away. Said he will be here on Monday!
Great news because he is a LEGIT TE prospect and will probably start right away and give Morris a nice option over the middle of the field. Very good news!

Hopefully Ayles can get his head on straight and contribute this year with Cleveland.

Jedd Fisch (Seattle QB coach) is the new OC. Stoutland is going to Alabama.

Well, at least we actually have someone now. Should help with recruiting some of these QB's we are after.

Any other Michigan recruits you guys want? That's three guys that at one point or another committed to Michigan in the past two years within a week, even though Hoke didn't re-offer Kinard.
******' A, man. ******' A. I really wanted Crawford.

LB Denzel Perryman commits to kick off the biggest weekend of recruiting for UM this year. Should be the first of 6-7 guys that commit this week.

We lose Bailey, Harris and Hankerson that are trully irreplaceable. Everyone else is coming back or being replaced by someone better.
Coach Golden will have these Canes ready to play and the effort that this team will put out alone will make us win 2 more games han last year.
Anything more than 2 losses is unacceptable. I really hope Stephen Morris can run a profficient West Coast O and our WRs actually catch the da*m ball. Our TE should be a big part of the O...Hopefully Asante can be the next great TE from TE U

Art Kehoe brought back to be the OL coach. Great resume but was doing a very poor job before he was fired a few years ago.

Isn't Coker to blame for that in many ways though?
I never understood getting rid of Kehoe to begin with.

Some blame is on Coker but Kehoe was apparently a lazy recruiter/bad talent evaluator and average technique guy. Huge motivator and enthusiastic guy, and having a guy on staff that was around for all 5 championships can't hurt, but his OLs were bad his last few years here.

How good was Brandon Harris this year? I see him mocked a lot to the Eagles, but I only caught bits and pieces of the 'Canes this year.

Best mock selection ever for us that will more than likely come true for me.

He had a pretty good year. The bowl game against Notre Dame was probably his worst game of the season (everybody likes to point that out) and he wasn't even that bad.
He is the opposite of Asante Samuel. He doesn't create many turnovers and he doesn't give up big plays.

Brandon is about as solid a CB prospect as there is. Nothing flashy but he's tough, can stick on any wide receiver down the field and will come up and hit you in run support despite his smallish frame. If he could put on five to ten pounds, he could be VERY good. Still not done developing IMO. Got better every year for us. Was sad to see him go.

If you want a guy who can lock up opposing #1's all game, he's not your guy. But he can be a solid #2 CB and a really good nickel. He lines up at all the CB position and actually played in the slot quite a bit this year. Physically, he's nothing special. One thing about him is he's a very willing tackler and isn't afraid at all to stick his nose in their. Overall, he's a solid but unspectatular player.

How did Aldarius Johnson end up becoming a 5-star player?
He shows no signs of a 5-star recruit.
