Federer vs. Nadal... again
The clear #1 and #2 meet up again. In just a month, it's another grandslam, another final. Nadal won on his clay; likewise, it seems logical that Federer will win again on his grass. However, Federer did cease Nadal's consecutive clay court victories. I'm sure Nadal would like to exact some revenge on one of the biggest tennis stages possible.
So. Who wins? Score predictions? If Nadal wins Wimbledon, how seriously should he be considered as the world #1 over Federer? For me, Federer will win if it's in 3 or 4 sets. Nadal will win if it goes to 5 sets. While it is grass, recent court changes to make the surface slower has helped out Nadal to use the topspin more effectively than the past.
However, I believe Federer will win. He has had rest and Nadal has played a lot of tennis leading up to the event. Final score: 7-6 (3), 6-3, 6-7 (4), 7-5

I hate Nadal, as much as LeBron James. Maybe he could beat Federer if he wasn't picking his ass and moaning all day.

Federer is the Tiger Woods of Tennis and Nadal is the lefty, Phil Mickelson, that has the skill set but finds a way to lose when they going head to head.

Federer. As long as it's off clay, I think he is the much superior player.

GREAT 1st set.
Even if you're not a tennis fan, you will enjoy this match.

LOL, Roger facing 2 break point, serves 3 straight aces and wins the point.
The man has ice in his veins.

Rafa takes 2nd set.
It'll be something if Nadal beats Roger on this surface.

Federer:
278-12 vs. everyone else
4-8 vs. Nadal
That's unreal.

I really, really hate Nadal. I don't know what it is about him but I don't like him at all. Maybe it's his facial expressions and the fact that he talks out of hte side of his mouth.

I was rooting really hard for Roddick this year. He didn't have to win, but I just really wanted him to do better than Nadal. Would've loved to at least see him get to Federer in the semis. He won like the first two sets in the quarters and then lost the next three all in tiebreakers.

I changed it for a bit when this set was at 2-2 and Nadal was leading 40-15 in the fifth game. When I turn it back Federer has won that game and has just been outstanding since.

Federer owns grass courts, what can you say....
Nadal had a pretty good run though for someone who usually struggles on grass.

Nadal has outplayed Federer for a majority of this match, but Rog just finds a way to win.

You haven't seen many matches then. While this was very good I a James Blake match that was just incredible. Of the big Championships though this is one of the best ever.
I hate Nadal.

The best match I've ever saw was the last one that Roger Federer lost in the Grand Slam not named Rolland Garros.
That was a 5-set EPIC in the semis against the eventual winner Marat Safin, in the Australian Open.

IMO the fact that it was a championship makes it an even greater match

Eh, I've seen better. I saw a James Blake match that lasted 5 or 6 hours that was just amazing.
Federer did not have his A game today, way too many unforced errors but champions find a way to win, and he got to Nadal's backhand. That's why Rafa is so damn tough, it's because he plays to Roger's backhand from his forehand, but once Roger figured out to hit to Nadal's backhand he gave him trouble.
