I watched Everybody's Fine yesterday. It was alright. Pretty boring at times...but also pretty damn heart warming near the end. Could have been a life time movie.

If Matthew Vaughn had directed it, you would call it brilliant.

BS. It was just a typical slow drama with an all-star cast. It was nothing special, imo.
Matt Vaughn directed Stardust...I bet i'd hate that movie. Never saw it. Does not interest me at all.

I'll watch it eventually...hate the premise, from a far.
I'm glad he's taken his talents elsewhere. The comic book flick suits him well.

It's really disgusting that Vampires Suck made more money this weekend than Scott Pilgrim made last weekend.

I can't watch 3D movies either, just doesn't work for me, neither do those little "stare at the abstract picture and wait for the clipper ship to pop out" things.

Dude, it's based off a Neil Gaiman book. The dude has one of the best track records of modern writers when it comes to constructing good stories.

I honestly feel that Jarhead wasn't all that much behind The Hurt Locker, but I think a lot of people don't agree with that sentiment.

Hurt Locker was better than Slum Dog though
I figured the award people would be all over Brothers, for Tobey Maguire atleast

I know all about it...It also involves unicorns, princesses, and witches...in an old English setting. Which tends to be a huge turnoff for me. I dont care how well written it is...some things just dont intrest me. Lord of the Rings bored me to death as well. I'm not a huge fantasy fan.

Scott Pilgrim was pretty sweet. I really like the entire style of it.
