I find several Will Ferrell movies unfunny. Even the ones most people gush about I really dont think are very funny. I thought that Step Brothers and Anchorman were pretty funny. Other then that....meh

I just watched The Other Guys today, and the only funny part of that movie was the beginning with Samuel L. and the Rock.

Elf isn't on the same level as A Christmas Story or Christmas Vacation, but it's definitely an enjoyable Christmas comedy.
