What is the worst movie you guys have seen in the last few years or so? For me, hands down, had to be "the Wicker Man" starring Nic Cage.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=e6i2WRreARo
I admit there were some hilarious scenes but, they were not intended to be funny. He punches out like 5 women in this movie...crazy. haha.

I watched Good Luck Chuck for free the other day. That was pretty awful.

Different movie. I think you're thinking of I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, which was actually kind of funny in parts IMO. Good Luck Chuck is the one with Jessica Alba.

When it comes to the "Worst Movie Ever" moniker, I like to think of a movie that intended to be serious and just failed. I like MOTH's use of the Wicker Man as an example. I just saw Strange Wilderness and it is one of the worst movies that I've ever seen, but by no means does it trump some of the worst of the worst.
I would say the worst are Extreme Ops and Smokin' Aces.

Not to steal what MOTH started, but what would you say is the worst movie you have seen that people absolutely adored? An example for me would be Atonement.

One that immediately springs to mind for me is There's Something About Mary. Everyone thought it was hilarious at the time. I just thought it was stupid.

I wanted to find the closest living thing and choke the living hell out of it after I spent money for "Date Movie".

My buddy took his girlfriend to "Date Movie", they broke up a day later. Coincidence? I think not, Date Movie, ruins lives.

You should watch the original, silent, French short film that 12 Monkeys was based off of.

I guess I shouldn't say the whole movie. I thought probably the first half was funny.

I do think the Farrelly Bros. are overrated. The Heartbreak Kid was also one of the worst movies of 2007.

I don't blaze. But I would take anything I have to say about movies with about a hundred grains of salt. I think the Halloween series is great (besides #3, which had nothing to do with anything, the unwatchable Rob Zombie remake, and Halloween Ressurection. Was the casting director a blind and deaf 2 year old? Tyra Banks and Busta Rhymes? Really?), and I think the original Dawn of the Dead is brilliant. So you know, maybe not the best judge around.

I saw the Rob Zombie Halloween drunk. I was laughing so much when the kid got his head beaten in. It seemed really funny at the time.

Maybe if I had viewed it as a comedy I would have at least been able to watch without wanting to vomit.

What would be wrong about loving the original Dawn of the Dead?
