NOOOOOO NOOOOO NO! God i hate Hollywood and all the stupid tweens who shell out money to see movies like this. We dont need a next gen X-men movie, the 3rd killed the franchise. Accept it and learn from it, walk away. Cant wait for The Dark knight remake with Uwe Boll directing and Chris Rock as the Joker.

The musical, with the plot centering around a Mutant who has short term memory loss, so it plays from the climax to the beginning, AND he has to under go a surgery to erase a previous girlfriend he just broke up with while battling Venom so they can then create the venom spin off movie which will rack in over 80 million on opening weekend when they announce it too will be a musical. Um am i missing any trend or exploit here? They announced Pirates 4, hopefully it will be only slightly worse then 2 and 3. Oh and will smith is in it.

That Star Trek trailer showed before Quantum of Solace. It was sweet.

Directed by J.J. so my expectations are high as im a huge fan of Lost, and i enjoyed clover field. Simon Pegg is also in it, and the trailer actually kind of had me excited. I kind of dont like that im excited for it....... makes me feel like a loser.

Why? What's the difference of getting pumped up for this movie and getting pumped up for The Dark Knight. Comic Books are just as "nerdy" as Star Trek. Heck this movie might even be better

I had a roomate, who to this day i hate more then anyone on this earth who was so obsessive over star trek and star wars that any hint of making fun of them would set him off into a frenzy. "Their too perfect to make fun of" he would say. Besides Batman and star trek arent even close to being in the same level of nerdieness. Yeah i make up words. oh Meh was put into the dictionary so idk why my spell check highlights it.

The Dark Knight was good but if you take out the performance by Heath Ledger it's a very average crime story at best.

Which is why it isnt an average movie, everyone went to that movie because of the Joker.

I feel overall with the story, effects, and characters the new Star Trek could be better than The Dark Knight. Will it do as well in theaters? Not likely

I do trust that JJ Abrams so maybe he'll turn it into something I can tolerate.
On a different note...I cant wait to buy "Let the right one in" and I cant wait for the American remake. Yup, actually looking forward to a remake. Director Matt Reeves career should be taking off soon enough.
