anyone else excited to go watch "the spirit" when it comes out. I'm looking forward to seeing something on par with sin city. I was a sin city fan...but not 300 so maybe this one will hit me right.

Sin City was very good, and for all its flaws, 300 was very very entertaining. I am not nearly as excited for The Spirit, for a few reasons:

1) The original comic is not written by Frank Miller, who wrote Sin City and 300. While Miller is directing this one, its actually a Will Eisner comic, and in itself is inferior to Miller's graphic work. Worse source material IMO.

2) Im way too excited for Watchmen to care about another graphic interpretation :D

Although Im sure ill end up seeing The Spirit (it does have Scarlett after all), Im going in with low expectations on this one.

I watched FSM yesterday...wouldnt call it amazing but, it was good. Mila Kunis was amazingly hot in the movie...stole the show for me. As for Bell, there is just something weird about her, I dont know what it is...but, something just seems a little off, looks wise.

I didnt think the whole puppet thing was too funny but, there was plenty of great jokes and gags in this movie. I wanna B my L all over some Ts. :D

Also, I thought Russell Brand was going to annoy the hell out of me but, he was pretty funny. Rudd's character was pretty stupid, actually. That surprised me.

FWIW, I loved the puppet portion of FSM. I could of watched the whole Dracula rock opera. Siegel is really into the whole puppet thing and I cannot wait to see how his Muppet Movie turns out.

Even thought it was highly critisized, Wanted never tried to be anything other then it advertised: it was a cheesy special effects show with some outrageous moments and some super cool slow motion shots. Cant hate on a movie like that.

Going into a movie like Wanted you should already know what you're going to get. Anyone who goes to see that expecting Academy Award winning performances is well...********. I thoroughly enjoyed the flick though, cheesy action movies are such a guilty pleasure of mine. I liked Wanted for the same reasons I liked Shoot Em Up.

It did annoy me when people were saying it was one of the best action movies they've ever seen.
