Ruining Hannibal King was not his fault. In the comics, King is a vampire who communicates with rats and is an investigator. They had to change SOMETHING. and I didnt mind him in blade Trinity I thought he was damn funny. But I dont think they will do the same thing with Deadpool. Reynolds is practically taylor made for the role.

As I said I like the guy. I also said they would give him lame jokes. I'm not saying it's all Ryan Reynolds but I don't think he has it in him to make a great Deadpool. He should stick to comedies.

Blade Trinity was just a mess in general...starts with the terrible writing, be it dialouge and story. Talk about anticilmactic and just an overall disappointment.
As for Reynolds, he has displayed some fine acting chops in some of his roles...I like him in this role and think he is still a budding star in the making. I too am a big fan of this casting.

The guy who wrote Blade Trinity was the same guy who wrote the first two. And helped write Dark Knight.
As for Blade Trinity itself, from what I heard, it could have been a lot worse.

The thing is, Ryan Reynolds is a guy who can make that 'lame' joke funny.

jokes like that one are everywhere in the Deadpool comics, and i can envision reynolds spouting that line off with perfect execution. Im pretty excited for that part of the film.

That doesnt mean anything...the first two relied more so on Snipes...bringing in the new characters hurt the movie and the writing was just garbage for the last one. It happens. A lackluster effort with terrible narritive/plot and crap dialouge. A choppy ride indeed. The big showdown at the end was one of the worst and quickest fight scenes I've ever scene. Just terrible and as anticlimactic as it gets.

That should be a good movie I hope. I just don't have a lot of faith in film anymore.

There is a big article on rotten tomatoes about major reshoots happening for the wolverine movie...and good news! They are adding a ******** of Deadpool footage! Apparently hes going to be in the movie alot more then the original cameo that was expected...not good that they are doign reshoots, but yay for more Deadpool!

More Deadpool is always good. I would have been disappointed if he was just a cameo.

Slumdog Millionaire was good. Not as fantastic as some say, but really solid.

If Ryan Reynolds had 1/100th of the talent APS seems to think he has I would not be worried at all about any film he appears in being good. It seems he does not have that kind of Ben Foster like talent though so I have a feeling Wolverine is going to suck dick. Also, did I read something about it having one of the best casts in the last few years? WTF.
