Atonement sucked. My girlfriend pointed out to me that Keira Knightly does have a very obnoxious jaw.

I personally liked the first 30 minutes, but then it became another war love story. I also felt that there was absolutely NO CHEMISTRY between Keira Knightley and James McAvoy. Plus their love was really forced and had little back-story to it.

watched the movie Sunshine today...it's a pretty decent flick...the story is good and the acting is ok...the ending gets kindof muddy but I'd recommend it...

Yeah I watched that a few months back. I thought it got a little too science fictiony towards the end but still a somewhat decent movie.

Yeah, in about the second act of that movie it just became more of a slasher flick than a sci-fi drama.

I really liked the ending of it, it made me think a lot, just imagine if you were that close to the sun all alone basically, people have been worshiping it forever, it's just so powerful and overwhelming, i do agree that there was probably too much killing and a better way to go about doing it but still a good movie

Just watched it tonight. I pretty much agree with you. I really liked the twist at the end.

Atonement's no Pearl Harbor... No movie will ever surpass the greatness that was Pearl Harbor... Ben Affleck, Josh Harnett, and Kate Beckinsale...Oh Snap!

That movie was terrible. Too much Wilmer not enough Paul Dano, bouncing storyline, slaughter scene.

if Ben Foster doesn't win Best Supporting for Charlie Prince, I might have a coronary. It's not likely so I'll have an ambulance waiting.

Has anybody seen the Panic Room? I watched the first 20-30 minutes of it last night, was interrupted, and was wondering if it is worth watching the rest.

exactly my point about the ambulance. I'll be surprised if Ben Foster is even nominated but he was great in 3:10
