If some random NFL QB tears up the opposing 2ndary with a 22/32 accuracy for 309 yards, 4 TDs and no INTs, their calculator says he would have a 139.2 rating.

9/11 140 yards 2 TD 0 INT is a perfect rating (158.33). I would take what you said anyday. More passes= harder rating. Of course what I said is more efficient, but I'll take a dominant day over efficient.
I never knew this, but the perfect NCAA passer rating is 1261.6. Wonder what that formula is.
