Love the move. I see no reason to not do it. He played very well last year and has continued it into this year as a starter. Plus he gives us versatility at multiple positions. I was hoping we'd lock him down for a little while. Reasonable contract, too.

Great move by the FO. Brown is a player who's played well ever since he put on a Titans jersey, so I see no reason why he should take it off.

Also, congrats on going All-Pro, Pit Bull.

i like tony brown but i hope this doesnt mean that we get complacent at the DT spot.

I don't think they're complacent with our DT's, which is why we brought in Corey Simon. But Brown has become a reliable player, and contributor to the DT/DE rotation. Even if we do draft a DT next year, having Brown gives us great depth and a top quality backup if someone goes down with an injury. Though, I don't think he has the ability to play NT. Which is why I support the idea of drafting someone who can take that role. But, I'm curious to see how Simon fares throughout the season. If he returns to his old form, I think we're sitting pretty on the DLine.
