23Trufant 3 rounder
Buffalo Bills trade pick #4 to Chicago Bears for picks #8 and second rounder. (Dont really like to do trades but Bills have noone to pick that high IMO and Bears can trade above Vikings and Falcons who both need QBs)
1st round
1. Miami Dolphins - Jake Long, OT - Michigan
Ronnie Brown has an erection, Long is the best OT in the draft and an amazing run-blocker.
2. St. Louis Rams - Calais Campbell, DE - Miami(FL)
The Rams have been looking to uograde their Dline for about 10 years and hopefully Campbell is a great find.
3. New Orleans Saints - Glen Dorsey, DT - LSU
The Saints are a major disappoinment, their D is terrible. They have two good DEs but lack a playmaker in the middle.
4. Chicago Bears (T/Buf) - Andre Woodson, QB - Kentucky
Bears trade up to get the #1 QB, IMO is Woodson could be Brohm though. Bears have a solid team just lack a QB to win them games.
5. New York Jets - Darren McFadden, RB - Arkansas
Not a real area of need but its BPA and McFadden would bring another element to their offense.
6. Minnesota Vikings - Brian Brohm, QB - Louisville
Jackson got thrown in too early and if Brad Childress gets fired (please) then another coach will be looking for a new QB.
7. Atlanta Falcons - Kenny Phillips, S - Miami
The Falcon saftey tandem of Lawyer Milloy and Chris Crocker can serious be upgraded and Phillips is the next elite saftey.
8. Buffalo Bills (T/Chi) - Keith Rivers, OLB - USC
The Bills have a pretty solid young defense but it has a couple of holes, one being OLB. Rivers is a great talent who should fill in nice.
9. San Diego Chargers - Malcolm Kelly, WR - Oklahoma
The Chargers like bigger WRs and Kelly is about 5 inches taller than Jackson so he gets the pick, the Chargers offense has really taken a step down.
10. Cincinatti Bengals - Dan Connor, OLB - Penn State
The Bengals LBs cant stay on the field and when they do they arent that impressive anyways.
11. Philadelphia Eagles - Desean Jackson, WR - Cal
Fans claim that their WRs are fine and while I like them I still think Jackson would be the best pick at this point.
12. New England Patriots (T/49ers) - Vernon Gholston, DE/OLB - Ohio State
IMO Gholston will be the best 3/4 OLB in the draft, Pats dont really have any holes but could use some younger depth at LB.
13. Carolina Panthers- Sam Baker, OT - USC
The Panthers need to work on getting Delhomme or Carr time. Baker is a great OT.
14. Kansas City Chiefs - Ryan Clady, OT - Boise State
Cheifs were at their best when they had a dominate Oline, they barely have anything left that resembles that anymore.
15. Houston Texans- Justin King, CB - Penn State
I know some of the Texans fans dont think CB is that big of a need but King is a playmaker and will help the secondary alot.
16. New York Giants - Malcom Jenkins, CB - Ohio State
The Giants secondary needs some help and more at saftey than CB in my opinion but Jenkins is a better talent than any S available at this point.
17. Dallas Cowboys (T/Cle) - Limas Sweed, WR - Texas
Terrell Owens and Terry Glenn are both near their mid 30s and while Patrick Crayton is good he will need some help at WR.
18. Denver Broncos - Xavier Adibi, OLB - Virginia Tech
They could really use another OLB and Adibi is a good fit imo.
19. Arizona Cardinals - Derrick Harvey, DE/OLB - Florida
Cards made the switch to the 3/4 but still need some more players that fit the scheme, Harvey should be a great OLB.
20. Oakland Raiders - Chris Long, DE - Virginia
Howie's son gets to play for his old team, Long should fit in nice in Oakland with the speedrusher Burgess opposite him.
21. Baltimore Ravens - Antoine Cason, CB - Arizona
They could use the depth and while McAllister and Rolle are not that old its time to groom a replacement.
22. Washington Redskins - Tyson Jackson, DE - LSU
The Redskins have suprised some people this year but they still could use some help on the Dline.
23. Jacksonville Jaguars - Matt Ryan, QB - Boston College
Leftwhich is gone and while Garrad is OK he can be upgraded.
24. Tennessee Titans - Quentin Groves, DE - Auburn
May be small at the pro level but will provide a pass rushing attack, would be an ideal fit for a 3/4 team.
25. Detroit Lions - DeJuan Tribble, CB - Boston College
The Lions have been good this season but they still need alot of help at CB.
26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Sedrick Ellis, DT - USC
Ellis would be a nice addition to their Dline.
27. Green Bay Packers - Steve Slaton, RB - West Virginia
Brandon Jackson still deserves time but he combined with Slaton will be better.
28. Pittsburgh Steelers - Aqib Talib, CB - Kansas
Steelers have a good D but could use depth adnd playmakers at CB.
29. Seattle Seahawks - Michael Oher, OG/OT - Ole Miss
Walter Jones is getting older, Chris Gray is almost 40, thats 2 starting spots that will need to be filled fairly soon.
30. San Francisco 49ers (T/Ind) - Early Doucet, WR - LSU
They have some people with talent at WR they have just not managed to put it all together so here comes Early.
31. Dallas Cowboys - Reggie Smith, CB/S - Oklahoma
A good fit he should be able to play S at Dallas since Hamlin is on a one-year contract.
32. New England Patriots - NO PICK
2nd round
1. Miami Dolphins - John Carlson, TE - Notre Dame
2. St. Louis Rams - Gosder Cherilous, OT - Boston College
3. New Orleans Saints - Mike Jenkins, CB - South Florida
4. Buffalo Bills - Adarius Bowman, WR - Oklahoma State
5. New York Jets - Tony Hills, OT - Texas
6. Minnesota Vikings - Jack Ikegwuonu, CB - Wisconsin
7. Atlanta Falcons - Barry Richardson, OT - Clemson
8. Buffalo Bills (T/Chi) - DeMario Pressley, DT - North Carolina State
9. San Diego Chargers - Terrell Thomas, CB - USC
10. Cincinatti Bengals - Lawrence Jackson, DE - USC
11. Philadelphia Eagles - Fred Davis, TE - USC
12. San Francisco 49ers - Red Bryant, DE, Texas A&M
13. Carolina Panthers- Jonathon Heffney, S - Tennessee
14. Kansas City Chiefs - Earl Bennett, WR - Vanderbilt
15. Atlanta Falcons (T/Hou) - Colt Brennan, QB - Hawaii
16. New York Giants - Ali Highsmith, OLB - LSU
17. Cleveland Browns - Frank Okam, DE - Texas
18. Denver Broncos - Josh Barrett, S - Arizona State
19. Arizona Cardinals - Dwight Lowery, CB - San Jose St
20. Oakland Raiders - Jordan Grimes, OG - Purdue
21. Baltimore Ravens - Tommy Blake, DE/OLB - TCU
22. Washington Redskins - Keenan Burton, WR - Kentucky
23. Jacksonville Jaguars - DJ Hall, WR - Alabama
24. Tennessee Titans - Jonathon Goff, MLB - Vanderbilt
25. Detroit Lions - Vince Hall, MLB - Virginia Tech
26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - John David Booty, QB - USC
27. Green Bay Packers - Zach Bowman, CB - Nebraska
28. Pittsburgh Steelers - Shawn Crable, OLB - Michigan
29. Seattle Seahawks - Martin Rucker, TE - Missouri
30. Indianapolis Colts - Phillip Wheeler, OLB - Georgia Tech
31. Dallas Cowboys - Tashard Choice, RB - Georgia Tech
32. New England Patriots - Tom Zbikowski, S - Notre Dame
1. Miami Dolphins - Darien Williams, S - Oklahoma
2. St. Louis Rams - Chad Henne, QB - Michigan
3. New Orleans Saints - Ezra Butler, OLB - UNLV
4. Buffalo Bills - Dominique Cromartie, CB - Tennessee St
5. New York Jets - Eric Young, OG - Tennessee
6. Minnesota Vikings - Kris Dunlap, OT - Auburn
7. Atlanta Falcons - Andre Fluellen, DT - Florida St
8. Chicago Bears - Mike Hart, RB - Michigan
9. San Diego Chargers - BJ Raji, NT - Utah
10. Cincinatti Bengals - Kentwan Butler, DT - UNC
11. Philadelphia Eagles - Thomas DeCoud, S - California
12. San Francisco 49ers - Bruce Davis, DE/OLB - UCLA
13. Carolina Panthers - Craig Stevens, TE - UCLA
14. Kansas City Chiefs - John Sullivan, OC - Notre Dame
15. Houston Texans - Beau Bell, OLB - UNLV
16. New York Giants - Marcus Griffin, S - Texas
17. Cleveland Browns - Allan Patrick, RB - Oklahoma
18. Denver Broncos - Andre Caldwell, WR - Florida
19. Arizona Cardinals - Roy Schuening, OG - Oregon State
20. Oakland Raiders - Harry Douglas, WR - Louisville
21. Buffalo Bills (T/Balt) - Shannon Tevaga, OG - UCLA
22. Washington Redskins - Simeon Castille, CB - Alabama
23. Jacksonville Jaguars - Ben Moffitt, LB - South Florida
24. Tennessee Titans - Cody Wallace, OC - Texas A&M
25. Detroit Lions - Chris Williams, OT - Vanderbilt
26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Malik Jackson, OLB - Louisville
27. Green Bay Packers - Jamar Adams, S - Michigan

Love the Saints first 2 picks. Not a fan of the 3rd one but we do need alot of defense so whatever. Maybe a safety in the 3rd, since Bullocks seems to get burnt ALOT.

7. Atlanta Falcons - Kenny Phillips, S - Miami
The Falcon saftey tandem of Lawyer Milloy and Chris Crocker can serious be upgraded and Phillips is the next elite saftey.
- um, you don't take a safety this high when ou have other needs. we need a QB, and LT way more than a S and woudl get LT Sam Baker here.
7. Atlanta Falcons - Barry Richardson, OT - Clemson
- good pick, even if we got Baker in the first, this would set up our line for a good time in 2008.
15. Atlanta Falcons (T/Hou) - Colt Brennan, QB - Hawaii
- good pick
7. Atlanta Falcons - Andre Fluellen, DT - Florida St
- bad pick. we don't need a penetrating 280 pound UT. we already have 2. what we need ia a fat run stuffing NT. give us a big fatty NT or a SS type here.

Sedrick Ellis - Good pick. A position with questionable depth but at this time of the year it makes sense. If the Haye/Peterson rotation continues to work as well as it is now, NT becomes a greater area of need.
JDB - I wouldn't be upset with this pick but JDB is not one of my favourite middle tier QB's.
Malik Jackson - OLB is not a need at all. Try a receiver or tackle.

Like the 1st 2 picks for KC but the 3rd is horrible to say the least.CB is a BIG need so Trae WIlliams or Simeon Castille would be way better picks

I don't see safety as a need at all for the Packers, but the first two picks are alright.

I would not mind seeing raji to the fins in the third as we need a nose tackle

The Titans do not run a 3-4 defense. Earl Bennett, Sedrick Ellis, or Steve Slaton here please.

Good pick. Martin Rucker would be tempting too.

We drafted Leroy Harris, a 4 year starter at Center at NC State, last year in the 4th round. We have our future at center. Red Bryant or Kendall Langford would be cool.
No receiver?

The Bears have the Chargers 3rd. You should probably look these things up before making a mock.

i thinking the eagles have a bigger need in the second for Saftey then TE.
In the Third i dont belive a Wr is a need, with the amount of depth they have, but O line is a much better pick for them, Gaurd or Tackle. I think they can get a cb, in the second, lb is a need they do have aging ones, but not on the outside with timmons and Woodley there.
