Im addicted to True Blood. It has a super cool premise and the first season was excellent. The 2nd season is also great so far. This weeks episode was awesome.
Ive never watched Breaking Bad, but I hear its amazing as well. But True Blood couldnt be a bad purchase.

The Adventures of Pete & Pete or 30 Rock
but between the two listed? True Blood; you can at least catch up easily

Well I decided to start watching the True Blood series and after a horrible pilot episode, the 2nd episode was fairly decent.

I found that the first few episodes were mediocre at best. Something big happens a few eps in though that changes the show for the better. I am on the last episode of season 1 and the show has been really incredible since that moment.

I love both shows but I would say Breaking Bad. It is probably my favorite show on television right now. Season 1 is great but Season 2 is ******* groundbreakingly good stuff.

Yeah, I have these as well. Amazing show, I love it. Also got the first two seasons of Burn Notice. Not as much replay value but still a very good show.

I've become a Primeval addict. My wife found this BBC America show where dinosaurs emerge into the UK from the past thru these anomalies & the special Top Secret ARC team contains them, sometimes after widespread carnage & all very hush-hush paranoid -- Jurassic Park meets The Avengers. All the BBC touches, like bad acting, but with big doses of snobbery & corny humor, are there but a rare big budget for CG very realistic dinos & prehistoric beasts. Hot Brit babes in the cast too, going into its 3rd season next wk, new episodes on Friday nights. They're repeated On Demand for free with your cable pkg, a joyful freebie treasure trove I just discovered, everyone ignore st he free movies b/c most were bombs to begin with, but they have a lot of bitchin cable series on here, including the CSI franchises, Numb3rs, & now ................. drumroll, suspense .......
On Demand has added the biggest hits on USA cable, Royal Pains & the series that restarted B-movie icon Bruce Campbell's career, Burn Notice, slickest series on cable today, just a real guilty pleasure to revel in each episode. Burn Notice ftw

Just finished season 1 of True Blood. Excellent stuff. Ryan Kwanten was a revelation as Jason Stakhouse to me. I enjoyed every storyline he was in immensely.

Just found out Fox didn't pick up Virtuality. *************. Not once did I ever see any promotion of the show. I had no idea it even aired on TV until minutes ago. What the **** Fox. Why do you suck so much ****? Virtuality had the potential to be the kind of show that carries a network and Fox goes and ***** it up by not promoting it and never giving it a chance. Apprently Fox's official stance was that the show was too dense (which was them just not wanting to say that people are ******* ******** and the show was too complicated for them). I hate people and I hate god damn ************* Fox.

Burn Notice and Psych back-to-back is excellent TV. I thought Psych was coming back on sooner, but not until early August I think it is.
Great point though, Psych's a show with good replay value...Always funny even if you've seen the episode

Gah I have watched the entire series like twice through just this summer. Its so unbelievably funny, and has probably the most rewatchability of any show ever.

Did you see the Dayman commercials yet? They showed it at the end of Rescue Me last night it was hysterical.

Fox is a horrible, horrible network. I hadn't even HEARD of that show until I read this thread and now it's done?
If it weren't for Dollhouse or football I don't think I'd ever watch Fox.
On an unrelated topic, I was cleaning out my closet and I found some old VHS tapes and wondered what was on them so I threw them in and started to watch and I found two tapes with "Ed" recorded on them. Anyone else catch this show back when it was on between 2000 and 2004? I love this show and I've been waiting five years for the DVDs to be released and in a recent interview Tom Cavanaugh said they were in the works. Heres to hoping they release em soon.
