Nothing is better than Parks, dammit! Nothing is ******* better than Parks.
I'm sure Parks would be fantastic if it were on HBO. You know, where it wouldn't be cut down to fewer episodes because of low ratings and free to use whatever language they want while talking about whatever subject they want.

Parks wouldn't be better if it were on HBO. Adding swear words and tits wouldn't make Parks better, it'd make it worse. Right now Parks is something that doesn't come around that often: a truly witty sitcom. No laugh track needed, only amazing characters and even better writing.
Sometimes more freedom, as far as network restrictions go, is a bad thing and I think it would be a bad thing with Parks.
And you're acting like AMC and HBO haven't had some god awful programming in the past. The Walking Dead and The Killing are probably the two worst shows on TV, and even HBO had John From Cincinnati. No channel, network or cable, is above putting something awful on the air.
whatever. curb was a worse version of seinfeld, and i hated seinfeld. given the responses, only half of you even have a sense of humor, so i'm feeling pretty ok with my opinion right now.
To be fair, I watch everything on TV and I don't love Curb either. I see how some people could like it, but I'm with fenikz...I'll take brilliant writing over blatantly awkward any day of the week. I had to stop watching The Office because of Steve Carrell.

i've never laughed at an episode of curb. the characters are completely flat. and larry david is the least funny person i've ever seen on tv who isn't pretending to be mexican.
The Office type of awkward is brutal, but I don't get that with Curb most of the time. I find it to be hilarious.
I agree with this. I did like Michael Scott though, so maybe I like the awkward type of comedy, I dunno.

When does the next season of Breaking Bad start? I'm trying to get caught up before the season starts. I'm going to watch the Season Two Finale tonight.
Look at it this way, if Rodgers had Allstate instead of State Farm, he'd be protected from mayhem like this

You're in for a treat. Show gets crazy good in Seasons 3 and 4. I'm not as big a fan as most people around here because it can be a little slow for my liking, but the later seasons just ooze tension.
