****!.. The Lakers start out so slow. I don't know how many times Pau Gasol has to be out hustled in order for him to realize that he needs to put some effort into the game early on.

I wasn't watching, but I heard the RAW main event the good guys were wearing Lakers jerseys and the bad guys wearing Nuggets and, obviously, the good guys won.

I can't watch this. Fouls and Techs keep dropping like sorority girls' panties at a Jesse McCartney after party.

I blame this game entirely on Kobe.
Everyone talks about the Lakers not hustling. It all starts with him. He's not playing any defense, but he expects everyone else to cover up his blown assignments. He's standing around watching the game from the free throw line leaving his man wide open, then that guy hits wide open 3s. If he is guarding someone, Chauncy or JR are blowing right by him.
He played like ****.

JR is probably the biggest Dbag in the NBA. Well, him and Chris Anderson. The Nuggets as a team ( while I like the franchise) are full of Dbag. Aside from Chauncey of course.

Kobe's roaming. If he doesn't roam, Melo drops 20 easily on Ariza. He drops 30 on Luke Walton.
Carmelo was 0/8 until he got injured, and that's in large part to Kobe.

Haha I feel like I'm the only person who finds him to be a giant Dbag. He's a white Dennis Rodman or something.

Guarantee we're going to win the series? Yeah, yeah. ... We are down 2-1. But there is nobody on this team and definitely not myself that says we are not going to win this series.

Mo Williams guarantees a series win.

When the Lakers finish them off? The Lakers are going to need more than just Kobe stepping up for them and even then he's going to have to do that more than just every other game. It doesn't bode well when the 2nd toughest player on your team is either Derek Fisher or Shannon Brown. If Trevor Ariza is in your top 5 toughest players against the Nuggets then your going down.
All the games had been close up until last night when Denver just laid the smack down on the Lakers and they did that with Carmelo having an off night. Bynum has been completely inaffective in this series. Odom has been neutralized and Gasol is being pushed around with ease.
If the Lakers do win, which is a big if, it's going to be in Game 7 at home.

Mo Williams guaranteed a win in game three also. Mo has been running his mouth a whole lot this series.

Running his mouth? Should he have said no he doesn't guarantee they'll win when the reporter inquired?

HA! you forget who's the number one seed bro. Yeah they won big at home. Yeah they stole one from the staples. You think that's gonna happen a gain? not in this series. Lakers end it game 6 in Denver in front of the "fans" who were absent last season when the Lakers broke out the brooms on these clowns. When the Lakers feel pressure, they respond big time. Don't forget that.
With the way Kobe is playing on Carmelo and the roller coaster play of JR Smith, don't expect another 20 point performance from that jackass. Mr. Big Shot is gonna have to start making his big shots routine if they plan on winning this series.
oh ye of little faith

Yes running his mouth. Guaranteeing championships, series wins, these last two games. Bad mouthing the Magic in general. Saying how much better they are than the Magic. blah, blah, blah. He's been really cocky.
I've always like Mo but, it's all been a little much this post season. His press conference apperances have been gold, though.
He's been doing a whole lot of talking and disrepecting for a player who has done nothing in this series.

I don't care who the #1 seed is. The Cavs are the #1 seed in the East and are struggling against the Magic, who are deeper and tougher than them. The same can be said about the West. The Lakers have no answer for the Denver bench or the energy & intensity they bring when they get in the game. Chauncy Billups can do anything he wants against the Lakers guards and drives to the line at ease picking up fouls in the process.
You can't compare last year to this year. You saw all the fans that were there last night? This is a different Denver crowd and a different Denver team. The trade for Chauncy Billups and the addition of Birdman have changed that.
This past game the Lakers looked done, especially in the fourth quarter. How else do you explain a 19 point loss when the biggest win by either team has been by 6?
