Half-assed atempt. Give DEN a first-round pick, PHO the best first-round pick, and CHA the other two.

umm go **** yourself, love Wallace but we don't need more wing players and Nash will retire as a member of the Suns, he wants to and we want him to

Steve Nash is a nice guy and may say all the right things, but there's no way he wants to retire on a mediocre team and have no shot of ever playing for a title in his career. Make no mistake, he goes to sleep every night with dreams of reuniting with Dirk in Dallas.

Problem is that the Suns will never oblige him with that because he's the only reason they sell any tickets whatsoever at this point.

I just have a feeling Dallas will pull something off with Melo for some reason. I know it seems like a long shot because they don't have many tradeable assets, but I think that they'll figure something out. Even if it's just a half season rental, it screams Marc Cuban all over. The other dark horse team is the Lakers I think. They have Bynum and Odom half way on the tradeblock just about every year. Odom is playing really well this year, so they might cash him in.

Just for fun;

Lol the Lakers would never trade Bynum, Odom, and Shannon Brown for Carmelo and JR Smith. Phil Jackson would rather blow his brains out than give up that much length for two heavy, heavy iso-ball players who would be defensive liabilities.

Melo is not a defensive liability.

Sorry, I worded that weird. They're both heavy iso-ball players and JR Smith is a massive defensive liability. And I don't think Phil wants to give up that much length, inside presence, and inside scoring ability for another wing scorer and a lose cannon backup guard. This would be a more entertaining idea in a couple more years, when Kobe is really on his last legs.

Plus, who is your other starting big in that scenario? Joe Smith? Do you play Matt Barnes heavily at the 4? It just doesn't make sense.

You won't be able to get Carmelanie unless you have a nice sized expiring contract, a prettayyy prettayyyy prettayyyyy good young player, and are willing to take a not so good contract off their hands.

I present to you, CARMELO TO THE PISTONS.

Lakers are not making a major trade to try and squeeze Melo into the triangle. 2x champions don't blow it up for a rental. fun to think about though.

You're right, though. I'm sure he's in love with the idea of missing the playoffs in the last few years of his career due to his cheap ass owner. Going from Amare/Marion/Johnson to Lopez/Grant Hill/Cap space is every aging point guard's wet dream.

Nobody can say that all Hedo Turkoglu is is an inefficient shooter for the Magic. The ball movement and tempo of the game is 1000 times better.

I can. 2-11 = horribly inefficient.

Also, Gilbert played like crap. Then again, so did everyone on the Magic not named Bass, Howard and Nelson. Actually Early Clark contributed some solid minutes too. Not sure why the Suns traded him.

And yes, I did watch the game.

....did you read what I said correctly???

I'll repeat... Nobody can say that all Hedo Turkoglu is is an inefficient shooter for the Magic. The ball movement and tempo of the game is 1000 times better.

The good thing is, that in their 2nd game together with no practice yet, and yes, they did play inefficiently on offense they STILL gave Dallas a good game.

A lot of improvement from yesterday. This is a brand new team and things should continue to curve upwards.
