hahaha it looks like he got shot. Manu would be proud, and jealous that wasn't him.

Chris Bosh is so awful, Lebron and Wade better score 80 points plus in the playoffs if they want to win a championship. I can't believe they gave him a max contract he is soft and awful.

Yay Chris Bosh is pretty terrible. Wouldn't want to have him on my fantasy team.

Isn't Bosh making the most money out of the big three, too?

yeah I think he is mainly because Wade and LeBron get money from endorsement deals.

and people here thought Bosh was just "stuck" on the Raptors...some of us Raptors fans knew how overrated the man was and he as too was part of the half-ass defense the Raptors have shown in a long time.

Bosh was an animal on the Raps for the most part. Second best player in franchise history. Sure, he had his faults but to discount his game because of bitterness is silly

Looking back on last years F/A, I think Amari would be a way bigger help to LeBron and Wade than Bosh. Most all of us thought Bosh was the better player, but IMO Amari is clearly the better player this year. Bosh is clearly not a top 10 player in this league, and isnt a superstar type bigman.
I think the East will come down to the Celtics, Bulls and Magic. Celtics still have the depth(even though I think the Perkins trade was a mistake since I value quality big men in the NBA.) but I think the Bulls will really start to turn things on with Noah back, DRose playing like a MVP canidate and Boozer getting 19 and 9 a night, and Deng being a underrated SF contributing 17 points a night and being effect on defense.
About the Knicks, Amari has been able to carry a team and now teamed up with Melo that they should be able to make some noise in the next few seasons. I personally think Landry Fields at SG is a good piece for the future, being a SG that doesnt need to ball to make a impact on the game. He defends, rebounds, puts up a solid ppg and is young. Billups is still a above average PG who probably has 3 to 4 effective years left IMO. They need to add depth at the big man, finding a defensive type center and a versitile PF to back up Amari since Amari can play both Center.
As for the west, I think the Lakers and Thunder are the real threats in the playoffs now. The Spurs will slow down by the time of the play offs, since they lack a good to player with Duncan really aging this year. Kobe can still carry his team in the playoffs, and by then I think Gasol and Odom will be clutch in the playoffs similar to the previous 2 years. I think the Thunder now are a force with the addition of Perkins. A healthy Perkins is all you ask for in a starting Center, and with Durrant and Westbrook becoming elite type players they can compete with anybody now. They by far have the brightest future IMO in the West and will probably control things down the line for a few years unless the Lakers can land some big name F/A's like they have before(Shaq...)

Yea for awhile I was thinking that OKC had at least another year but with the moves they made they are almost my favorite for the West. They are gonna go as far as Durant and Westbrook take them, if they elevate their game it wouldn't be a surprise to see them go to the Finals. If anything this is gonna be a good year for them to get some experience and I think they'll go far.

I never liked Bosh. The only reason why I sort of wanted him was bc the rumors were LeBron wanted to play with him. But I always liked Stat more than Bosh.
Bosh is not a big man. He's just a tall *****.
I'm so glad we chose Stat over him. I really hope LeBron's big 3 falls flat on their face. Hopefully karma gets them.

I knew I was right when I said Bosh was an over-paid piece of ****, but some Heat poster was getting on my dick getting all "DURR BUT HIS DEFENSE IS SO GOOD". Idk who it was.

Say what you want about Shaq, but Shaq knows his big men. He called Stat "the future of the NBA" when he first played against him as a rookie. And he called Bosh the "RuPaul of the NBA"
Real recognizes real.

I think everyone here knows I said I’d rather sign Amare than Bosh. Also I said it before and I’ll say it again, even though LeBron is the best player in the world, I said the best possible combo the Heat could have signed was Amare and Joe Johnson. Amare and Wade would play beautifully off each other, and unlike Dwade and LeBron in which when one has the ball the other is useless, if it were Wade and Joe Johnson, Wade would be the clear cut #1 man and would have Johnson who can spot up for 3 when defenses collapse on him. Right now when Wade passes it out to LeBron no one is worried about him shooting the 3, instead they have time to recover because LeBron will pull it out then go iso.

It's obvious LeBron and Wade didn't think this through. They just wanted to play with each other bc they're boys. That's about as much thought as they put into it.
Miami, beautiful women, no property tax, play with friends, no pressure bc no one cares, it was perfect for LeBron bc he can't handle the pressure of a NY, Chicago, or carrying a Cleveland team by himself.

Haha. Finally.
Pretty sick of that talk, yeah he played at Cuse.. in COLLEGE. Melo grew up in Baltimore for the most part.
Anywho, Denver looked like a fun team last night.. not 1 star just a bunch of good players. I still think they should keep Gallo..

That's not really true. He was 8 when he moved to Baltimore.
Childhood memories are long lasting. I know my fondest memories of what I consider my "hometown" are from my childhood at that age. I know where he's coming from, if I were in his shoes, I'd call NY home too.

Gallo scored 2 points in 20 minutes...
One thing people will now realize is, the production of those guys in NY will go down on their new teams bc they won't have D'Antoni's system to inflate their offense anymore.
I like Gallo as a developmental guy, it would be wise to keep him unless someone blows you away with a deal. As much as I kill him, he has gotten better every year and I was pleased to see him finally attack the basket consistently later in the year.
Gallo has upside. Chandler is what he is, what you see is what you get. Felton, I like Felton. Do they really need him with Lawson though? I was a big Ty Lawson fan when he came out, I wanted him on the Knicks.
