Adrian Wojnarowki: In restructured 3 way deal, Houston still sending Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, and 2012 picks to Hornets, sources say.

On a side note: It's looking almost like a certainty that Rip Hamilton will wind up in Chicago which is a huge addition for them.

Gonna miss ya Scola. The 1st round pick from New York wont be much value as it once was since they are a top team in the East now.

The signing of Rip doesnt solve the Bull's need of a secondary ball handler and someone who can break down the defense. He's a great shooter but I dont quite get it. And can he even play D???

Looks like the Lakers get Okafor back this time, and the Hornets get Caracter and Devin Ebanks in addition. So, umm......somehow this is better...

Problem is...Orlando currently hates the Nets offer. And you cant really blame them, the Hornets are going to get a **** ton back for Paul. And you would be ripping Orlando off. The Nets really need a 3rd team to get involved, but you guys have nothing to offer another team, unless of course someone wants those two future first rounders...which again, are fairly useless.

Orlando believes the Nets' package of Brook Lopez, two first-round picks and a willingness to take back Hedo Turkoglu's three-year, $34 million contract is not enough compensation for Howard.

But at this point... What other options do they have? Sit and watch Dwight leave next summer? I don't know any other teams who could step up for Orlando to make a deal

Because the main problem with the first trade was that the lakers not only got the best player but also cleared like 40 million in cap while dumping most of that money on NO without giving them anyone under 28 back. Why would a team with no shot at the playoffs wanna take on all those contract for 3 past their prime players, made no sense.

Exactly....I have a feeling Magic fans are going to be devastated when they see what they actually will receive for Dwight. Beggars can't be choosers, Otis **** the bed, now time to rebuild.

Are you ******* serious?

Ever heard of this little team called the Lakers?

They have this 24 year old 7 footer who people around the NBA hold in high regard? (Higher than Bropez, for sure)

No?

Nothing?

...?

Keep dreaming that the Nets will ever be an elite Free Agent draw.

Magic could save a **** load of money if they send Hedo to the Nets and then amnesty Arenas. They have to get more for Howard though. OKC should send Westbrook and Perkins.

Hey you smarmy douche the Nets are one of the biggest free agent draws out there. Don't underestimate the move to Brooklyn. Way to leave out the part about Bynum being on the knees of a 60 year old also.

The dudes a fan of a team that are heavily rumored to be in the running for D12 and wants to talk about the possibility of his team getting Dwight, da ***** your problem?

I was just trying to give him some **** for being so narrow minded. But, if it makes you happy, I'll refrain from such posts in the future.

But, if this CP3 trade works out, does anyone really see Dwight going anywhere other than LA?

More likely, they'd try and wait until the trade deadline, and have you guys add Nene to the deal, when possible. Or move Nene and Brook in some fashion to get Orlando more.

Lopez, Nene, Brooks, two 1st round picks...or something or other. Boston and Chicago could still be two teams that try to throw their hats into this thing. Of course that would depend more on Dwight.

While the Nets have some leverage...he's still a part of the Magic. A lot can change if they decided to hold onto him until the deadline.

Dam CCB you ruined my whole Turiaf appreciation post I was going to make. Anyway the Wizards got a good backup center. Your welcome on behalf of Tyson Chandler.

I don't see Westbrook going anywhere, probably better chance they get a package of Harden, Maynor, Picks, + more

But, if this CP3 trade works out, does anyone really see Dwight going anywhere other than LA?
It'd be tough because a Bynum for Howard trade is way too one-sided and we don't reall have much else to give up. Dr. Buss usually pulls out tricks out of his sleeve but idk, it'll be tough.

I'm pretty sure this is what will happen, because this is what always happens. No matter who the superstar is, the return they get is always worse than what they want.
Here's the fairest one I could come up with, and it's still not that good.

I don't get why the Wolves would want to make this trade, unless they get the picks, but that's what I came up with.
