Seriously I don't get it after all these years...people will NEVER vote for the best player this season they will vote for the most popular of them every damn year being an all-star doesn't mean you deserve it the most

Let me break down the meat of this post as to not assume you're just looking at box scores as far as his usage rates go.
A lot of his missed attempts come from tip-in attempts (hence his league leading offensive rebounding numbers), so naturally his FG% will dip. He has shot extremely better in the last four or five games, and is scoring at a much more efficient rate. He rarely takes jump shots unless it's late in the shotclock (and the Kings "offense" does this extremely often since everyone is just looking to take people off the dribble, forcing guys into bad shooting situations), and so he's forced to put the ball up. The majority of the time he's getting the ball in the low block.
His foul issues stem from two main things, and ironically they're the complete opposite of one another. He gets a lot of fouls because he plays really aggressive help defense. He is Anderson Varejao-like in how many charges he tries to take, and sometimes he doesn't get the calls to go his way. A player of his caliber shouldn't be doing that, there's a reason why the scrappers off the bench do that, because you can't afford to risk getting the blocking foul called. Sometimes he's overly aggressive in his block attempts, and given his huge frame, he'll get a lot of contact and he isn't the superstar yet to get most of the calls his way.
The other reason would be laziness on man to man defense. When he's beaten by a smaller guard on help defense, he'll swipe at the ball, or make a last ditch effort to get a steal, and 80% of those are called against him. He needs to improve his footwork so he doesn't get taken out of position, or where he can trail the ball better without having to make cheap fouls. This is quite a simple thing to improve, and again, under Smart, he has gotten a lot better at this. He has dipped into some heavy minutes recently because he has stayed free of foul trouble.
Where i have to disagree with you and say you're completely wrong is when you say he's a black hole. He definitely isn't a Tyreke Evans black hole where the ball and the offense seems to disappear when it's in his hands. The ball rarely moves through him on offense, and a lot of his scores are due to his own hard work in the paint. His rebounding offensively is off the charts good, and when the ball is down in the low block, what do you expect him to do? He's given the ball in that position to score, so that's what he does. I'm really not sure why you say he's a black hole, i'd really like it if you elaborated further on that point.
With regards to being a black hole, in the 10ish full games that I have watched, he has taken a lot of bad shots and not moved the ball. The shot clock thing is a good point though. I never really paid attention to that until now, but fair play to you.....I think he has been put in a lot of bad situations and is forced to take bad jumpers when I think about it.
His efficiency is a different story though. I saw the tip in argument on ESPN and it makes sense in theory. The guy is still missing those shots though (easy ones too), he isn't an efficient scorer around the rim. He has the talent to be, no doubt, but lets see him actually do it. He shot 43% last year and 45% last year.....thats absolutely indefensible for a player you are calling better than Pau Gasol. Maybe the guy just sucks at finishing....it has certainly looked it to me many times this year. Once he actually shoots a respectable percentage for a big with his skillset, we can talk.

Just to kinda put an end to this so it doesn't drag on, his position in the offense isn't to move the ball around. His job when he gets the ball down low is to take it to the rim. When he gets the ball at the elbow, he'll generally jump stop, pivot and look for backdoor cutters. The reason he doesn't get the assists is because everyone on the Kings roster is a god damn moron and no one can play off the ball.
As far as the second part of your post, we were discussing Cousins v. Marc Gasol, not Pau. He has better numbers this season than Marc does, who many are jotting down as their third C on the AS team.

They're fun to watch and everything but I'm pretty sure the last 3 nights there has been basketball on either ESPN or TNT the Clippers have been on. Kinda overkill.
Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Miami.. I think that's it these days.
And u notice thats 60% of the All-star starters...don't get me wrong I love my Heat, but we do play too much on national TV man. The 76ers are hardly on, the Pacers, or the Spurs (even tho the Spurs are old as **** and boring as hell to watch) are never on. The Timberwolves are never on. Seriously for the west I think they just switch Clippers, Lakers, Clippers, Lakers, Clippers. Yeah the Clippers are fun to watch, I get it, Blake can jump out of the gym, he can make a highlight dunk, and blah blah blah. But the more I see his dunk on Kendrick Perkins and every one drooling over it, the more I am like meh...
