Davis wasn't as big of a black hole as Blatche, honestly. He was a good defender at times and pretty productive, but he just happened to play on some really bad teams.

I it's so many because I bet each side of the court has locker room, he probably has an outdoor court, with a bathroom there, and all the rooms are probably master bedrooms. Add in the square footage and the rest make sense. But damn.
