If the Knicks were without Melo, they'd be getting raped even more and wouldn't touch Philly either. Rose is their best player, Noah is their third best player, and Rip is probably their third or fourth best scorer.

We lost Lin, Shumpert and Amare, and Chandler is at 50%. I don't want to hear it. And we're playing the Heat. Not the ******* Sixers.

Huge difference. You can't even compare the 2.

The Bulls now have 1 (ONE) healthy starter on the court..... That would be Boozer.

Deng needs surgery, has all year so no excuse really there he just isn't hitting his shots like he was.
Noah, I have a really good feeling that he actually broke his ankle ortore something in that ankle last night. That wasn't just a regular sprain I don't think.
Hamilton, He's old, he's banged up, no excuses for him there he is giving everything he has.

Boozer is trying to put the team on his back but he just isn't the guy he used to be. He's vastly overpaid but a double-double is nothing to frown out, he just missed a big shot late.

Then there is Rose, who I'm not even going to address how big an impact his loss is because it is obvious.

You can attribute a lot of yesterday to the Bulls bench not playing as well as usual.
Korver, who is always money from deep was ICE cold
Watson, couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat
Gibson, played pretty well and I thought he should have been on the floor over Asik late.
Asik, Just doesn't have the quickness on defense that Noah or Gibson have and can't hit free throws to save his life.
Brewer, did what was asked of him, I would expect to see him more the rest of the series.
Lucas, picked up Watson's slack and even hit a late game shot to make it a competitive game when most hope was lost.

All in all the Bulls strength all season has been the ability of their bench to wear down opponents. The problem with that is their bench is struggling badly this series. Combine that with all the injuries in the starting five and you're asking for an epic collapse.

I'll give you Lin and Shumpert....

Amare is a bonehead, so no you don't get to use that as a reason for getting blown out. If your players are dumb enough to mess up their hands then it is the fault of your team and can't be used as an excuse.

Chandler being 50% is about the same as Deng being 50%. Big difference is that Chandler was Defensive player of the year..... You would think his 50% would be pretty good anyways...

Plus you have to look at the fact the Sixers are playing ridiculously good basketball right now. Spencer Hawes of all people was their leading scorer!

It's negated by the fact that they're playing the Sixers. It's not like they're playing Boston, Miami, or even Indiana. It's Philly.

Who scores on Philly? Iggy? They have NO scorers. They're a poor man's Chicago. They still should beat this team.

They played much of the season without Rose. There is no excuse to lose to Philly. Philly sucks.

Again. Miami. Philly.

It's not even a comparison. One team is going to the finals and probably winning it all, the other team has no business even making it out of the first round.

To compare the 2 opponents is ridiculous. It's not even close.

The Sixers can dominate a team defensively if they are weak enough, and the Bulls wins in the regular season without Rose was more luck than anything. They were a flawed team without him then, and now even worse.

They really really need to get a reliable no. 2 scorer. A good SG...not Rip. I love Rip he was one of my favorite players back in the day but he's broken now.

Collison has just been lousy lately, that's their downfall. Trading Granger for a better PG and signing Eric Gordon to have a ?/Gordon/Paul/West/Hibbert would make them better.

Knicks fans relying on theoretical playoff matchups that didn't even happen to defend their average team is just adorable.

I like Indiana too but I think they should have traded Granger a few years ago. I think most GM's know how mediocre he is now.

Mediocre was probably the wrong word but I definitely think people thought higher of him a few years ago. Paul George is going to be better than him, maybe even next year.

Where have I heard that before? Oh, Philly, you just described Igoudala. Both of them happen to be the team's best player and an ideal #2 for a contender.

as much as I love cp3, memphis has a better chance of giving the top teams in the west a good series and <3 z-bo, so memphis.

Granger has taken a 3 immediately after getting an offensive rebound twice now. He doesn't even think to reset the offense.

I like Indiana too but I think they should have traded Granger a few years ago. I think most GM's know how mediocre he is now.
Correction One Knick fan mainly BBD.

Orlando's season is over barring a collapse from Indiana in this game. Take a 3-1 series lead and the Magic look to be over this series already, down 14 with 9.5 to go in game 4.

JJ Redick and Tyler Hansbrough with a little bump and shove, can't help but think of the UNC/Duke rivalry.

Magic cut it to 3 before George Hill hit a pull up 3. That may have been it.
