I like what Cuban is doing though. He's not spending just to spend. He'll probably tank this season... maybe even trade Dirk at the deadline, and start over with cap and picks.
That's what I wanted the Magic to do with Dwight. Just tank. But if they are going after Bynum, then they are in the same boat they would be if Dwight stayed.

The Mavs won't trade Dirk unless he asks out.

Yeah there isn't much out there. Maybe someone gets a mega steal and signs him for the MLE.
EDIT: I know he rejected slightly more, but there doesn't seem to be a market right now.

He rejected it from who, Philly?
Also, I wonder if he wants to/would be effective starting...

Well, he opted out of his final year for like 6.5M or something. I like him more off the bench because he can be a ball dominator, but I would still start him if I had a strong willed PG.

Lou Williams to LA or Dallas?
He's looking for something like the Thad Young deal, apparently. That was 5/43. And I think thats too much for him. But his demands could lower now that the market has showed itself. He'll provide depth, youth, and I guess 3P scoring to someone. Its a shame Toronto got Lowry, they could have dropped coin on him.

Lou would be a great fit for LA. Their bench scoring is pretty atrocious.

Do they have an MLE available. I think Lou would take that to be on a contender and the LA spotlight for one year.

Someone desperately needs Jerryd Bayless?
Remember when most mocks in 2008 had the Sonics picking him at #4?
