So I heard someone on ESPN radio discuss was I suspected the Heat were doing when they played the Hawks recently. They're cruising through the first 3 quarters, letting teams hang around, and then turning on the jets in the fourth quarter.
I love him, but Rubio is a horrific scorer and people need to stop making excuses regarding that facet of his game. He just has to get better if he ever wants to elevate his game to that next level.

Ya it's hard to imagine someone so talented with the ball in his hands being that inept trying to put it in the net, from basically anywhere on the court too. I believe he will at least become a passable scorer, but it definitely comes down to his own commitment to doing so.
Oh come on, Brody. Just watch him play. He is awful at putting the ball in the net from literally everywhere on the court.
I know that, I'm just saying. That team should be a playoff team, it's not his fault that they have been soooooo unlucky. They're without 4 of their 5 best players, including their best.
I wouldn't be sir prized if he passed McCoy on the depth chart. I think he might have a better arm and accurate arm then him from the highlights I thought. He also got some wheels too help us prepare for QB's as Wilson , RG3 and other runners etc.
I really don't understand the people that are knocking rubio for his shooting and the people that are trying to defend his shooting..
Go read every single report on him before coming over/drafted....it was well known that he couldn't shoot....ever....just not a good shooter...and it was already accepted....
can he work on his mid range game? of course....and if he wants to be a true difference maker he will have to get that jump shot down to respectable.
Really don't know why i threw that one in there. It was the second parlay i made and i had Spurs -8, Lakers +2, Kings +11, Magic +15.5, and the Jazz +1. Ugh.

Jeez, if the jazz had held on in the 4th quarter, that would have been a miracle parlay between the laker and magic games.....both getting blown out like they were....

He's also one of the worst finishers in the NBA. Look, he just can't put the ball in the hoop and it's an issue. It is what it is.
