Dalembert was on my radar before the season ended. I knew we weren't going to get Dwight (more hopeful then anything) and I thought my 2nd choice Pek was definitely staying in Minny, so Dalembert was the non-sexy but appropriate move to make. Getting Blair was a plus, didn't know we were going after him
Forget all the other transactions, let's talk about Gal Mekel
Define "good" numbers. Because he will be awful and probably get benched after 15 games.
14 points and 7 assists, with probably 3.5 turnovers. I dont see any of the other lottery guys having to be "the guy" or even a Top 2 option on their team. I also see the 76ers trading Turner and possibly Thad, so its like Tyreke his rookie year, he might as well do what he wants since theres nothing around him.
Who also averaged over 3 TPG and led the league one of those years. I think someone mentioned it earlier, but I think once the Dwight thing happened they went out and went a little off. I personally love Dalember and Blair (I think some can recall my affection), but the Calderon deal and the Monta deal threw me off.
Why would the Calderon deal throw you off? He's a solid player.
