As a Celtic fan I've been wondering this as well. My preference would be either be A: Jabari Parker or B: Andrew Wiggins. But I've been struggling to think of who the Celtics should take if neither of those guys are available. I don't wanna take Embiid because I don't wanna use a lottery pick on a big man with injury issues who hasn't been playing basketball that long. After that the best guys are in no specific order; Exum, Smart, Randle, Gordon, and Vonleh. I would like to hold onto Rondo so that rules out Smart. I wouldn't want Exum if I'm keeping Rondo either so that rules him out. I wouldn't wanna draft Randle because I have questions about his game but mostly because I think they can build around Olynyk and Sullinger at PF.

That leaves Gordon and Vonleh. I guess I would end up taking one these to guys in this scenario, but if they're going to keep Sullinger I'm hesitant about spending three first round picks on guys that play the same position. I don't think anyone on the team has Vonleh's skill set and I think Stevens could do wonder with him. He is really raw though but had great moments at Indiana.

I think Vonleh would be a good fit for them as well.

I don't understand how you can fix something if it's run by one of the big four accounting firms, Ernst and Young, there's a representative from each team there, and there are four media members there. I don't know what you could do before hand to rig it, but if it's run by a third party and two different groups, media and team reps, are there to watch Ernst and Young prepare the lottery balls or whatever they use to sort out the lottery and don't object to anything I don't get how it could be rigged. I'm sure I sound like I'm being naive.

I hope the Raptors wipe the ******* floor with the Nets. Should be motivated since the Nets tanked to get to play them cuz they think the Raptors are the Bucks or something. Yes I know the Heat prolly did the same thing....and I am not happy with them either.

Is this bizarro world?

Edit: And there's 24... I can't even keep up with this kid. Where has this been all season long?

Wizards a 5 seed!! Please don't get swept by Chicago. In all honesty though Gortat, Nene, Booker, Gooden, Seraphin, Harrington is a fairly competent front line for NBA standards. If Ariza, Beal, and Webster can hit their shots and Wall runs the show, it could easily be a 6 to 7 game series against Chicago.
Amazing stat though but for someone who was a wretched shooter, making single digits in 3's last year, John Wall amazingly ended this year with 108 3's, on 35% from there. To put that in perspective against PG's who are known good shooters, Chris Paul's career average is 35% from three and 68 a year. Deron Williams career average is also 35% and 101 threes a year. Allen Iverson after his rookie year never made 108 threes in a season. Even Kyrie who is considered an elite shooter regardless of position only made 15 more threes than Wall this year and only shot 1% better.

To point out it's not like Wall just focused on his outside shooting, he ended with the most total assists in the NBA this year and an average of 8.8 apg, to go along with 4.1 rpg and 1.8 spg. Most impressive though all 82 games.

I think Gortat/Booker/present day Gooden is an effective frontline, but Seraphin/Harrington/Nene are ******* brutal, especially the former two.

35% from 3 is slightly below average, but average-to-above average for a PG. Basically, at 35%, you want him taking that shot.

Guessing the series prices:

Spurs -320 vs. Mavericks
Rockets -200 vs. Blazers
Thunder -500 vs. Grizzlies
Clippers -350 vs. Warriors

Pacers -550 vs. Hawks
Bulls -210 vs. Wizards
Heat -1000 vs. Bobcats
Nets -180 vs. Raptors

Where am I off?

Pacers being -550 doesn't necessarily mean Hawks are +550

Excellenttttt. Tied for the 4th best odds for the C's. Tank you very much Jazz/Wolves.

Now it's time to wait. And hope. And then be sad.
