What the hell has gone on with McCants?

Hes a good scorer, but he's very streaky. And he does absolutely nothing else well. Hes an awful decision maker and turns the ball over way too much. He's a terrible defender also.

I think Ryan Gomes is worth keeping, he's a solid player.

Well I'm sure we'll keep a few more, Craig Smith, Gomes, Brewer, etc., But the only two that make me think, "hey this team may be going somewhere" are Jefferson and Foye. Everyone else is very replaceable.

Are you kidding me?? Wow, you must still be stuck in the start of the season, as that's when he was at his worst. He is probably the second best passer on our team next to Telfair and on defense he's played much better than some have given him credit for. The only reason for some of his terrible defensive performances is due to Wittman's terrible lineups. McCants is also our only guy that can freely create his own shot and get to the rim from both sides. Overall he's easily our second best and second most talented player and would be very hard to replace.

Come on man, hes in the top 30 of the league in turnovers per game and doesn't even start. He does do a good job of creating his own shot and scoring, but decision making and passing aren't his strong suits.

Decision making I definitely agree with, but if you've watched enough games, you'll know that he is definitely a very good passer. Take last night for example, his shot wasn't falling, so in the fourth quarter he turned himself into a distributor and was probably the main reason for us coming back and actually winning that game.

Do you guys know the extent on Telfair's injury?

And who do you guys think is best for the Wolves in the draft?

No idea, as he was in crutches yesterday, so my guess would be that its gonna be awhile yet.

And who's best for the wolves in the draft? Hmm...well our biggest weakness is easily at center, as we really have no one there to help Big Al in the frontcourt. Quite simply though, if Michael Beasley is available when we pick, he has to be the guy we take. He could either take Gomes' spot at the 3, or slide to the 4 with Jefferson at the 5 and would give us exactly what we need, which is another guy that could score the ball and give Al breathing room. If Beasley is gone and Rose is available, we too would probably have to go with him, as he's more of a true point than is Foye and it would allow us to either put Foye at the 2 with McCants staying as the 6th man, or vice versa. If both of those two are gone when our selection comes up, I would have to say that our best option would be to move down a few slots to take Hasheem Thabeet, as he is probably the best fit for our team in the entire draft. His size, athleticism and defensive abilities would serve as an absolutely perfect compliment to Al and could quite possibly make the biggest impact out of anyone in this draft to our team. I really don't like the idea of taking Lopez though at Center, as his skills just do not seem as if they would compliment Jefferson's very well at all. His game is quite simply just too soft to put next to Al. DeAndre Jordan would be another interesting option, as he too would be a nice compliment to Jefferson, but he hasn't done enough this year to make me think he'll ever be anything more than many of the other busts that have been taken in recent years. While I wouldn't us taking him at all, the bust factor in taking him would prolly be too high to risk selecting him.

Ah. See, I'm hoping that the Wolves are in a position to draft Beasley as I think that'd be the best fit for him (along with Memphis), at least IMO. As a part of my conspiracy theory, I still believe that the Wolves will be given the first pick overall because Stern promised it to them when doing the KG trade. Haha.

Unless they get #1 and Beasley, I definitely see a T-Wolves uniform in DeAndre Jordan's future. Whether or not that's a good thing for Minnesota is another story.

I think they'd be best off to go on a little winning streak to move back from the current #2 spot... maybe slide a few bucks to the Refs so they can get some calls.

The Spurs just collapsed down the stretch, up by 5 with about 3 minutes to play and the Suns end up winning by 7. Great defensive game by both teams. The Suns really needed this win

The Suns won with the energy let off from Shaq's amazing Superman-esque leap.

It was an amazing feat.. He had a full head of steam going into the front row.. he took a little hop step, and then leaped over the first two or so rows.

Because you think they should take DeAndre or what? Personally, I'm not as high on him as some here may be (Ghetto especially).

I just meant, being at 5/6 or so would give them more flexibility. They could take DeAndre if he was there, if they wanted, or take another player that catches their eye..Just throwing it out there, maybe Nicolas Batum.. and they could run with a Randy Foye/Rashad McCants backcourt with Nicolas Batum/Craig Smith/Al Jefferson up front.. Or start him in place of McCants.. or something along those lines.

Not sure where that'd leave Brewer though..

71-60 Kings over Lakers at halftime. I hope we kick in to gear for the 2nd half. Losing to the Kings is embarrassing for me because I got a bunch of disgruntled kings fans for friends.

god, why can't the Bulls actually win instead of "almost beating" all the good teams in the east (excluding last game vs. Boston)

Sacramento as a whole is shooting very well...and two thirds of our big three aren't playing very well...
