Greg Oden would qualify as a rookie right?

Yes.
And I know we say it most every year, but because of how NBA-ready some of the top prospects are for these Rooks, I could see them winning the Rook/Soph game.
And does Vinny Del Negro remind anyone else of Luke Wilson?

I think the reason Pierce came out so flat last game was that he was still sleeping due to the player introductions.

Hahaha OK this is great. The Lakers got an entire game full of make up calls and the Fighting Donahys are at it again. Pathetic. I never, ever, ever, ever want to hear a Laker fan complain about calls again. Kobe Bryant just committed two fouls on back to back plays and all the Celtics have to show for it was a technical on Doc Rivers. Funny stuff.
I honestly thought with all the drama today these refs would come out to prove a point, but so far, that's not the case.
The Celtics could be doing better, though. They shoulder their fair share of the blame. The rest sure doesn't help, though...

It really doesn't matter if the are missing EVERY call because the Celtics are missing EVERY shot. It's pathetic. They have already cried away this game. This is easily the most pathetic quarter of basketball I have ever seen in my life.

Way to change your post when you realized how wrong you were on the foul. ;)
I'm not taking anything away from the Lakers. They are doing everything right and the Celtics are doing everything wrong. But give me a break, you got an ENTIRE makeup game the other night and the Celtics are getting mauled and nothing is happening, all of this after the Tim Donawhatever crap.
I mean, if the NBA wants to be the WWE, just let me know now so I can stop watching. All I want is a game called both ways. Right now, that wouldn't matter, because the Celtics just cried their way through the most pathetic quarter of basketball they've played this season. **** it, even during Tankapalooza last year they didn't play this bad.
And the Lakers are killing it.
It's pretty sad that the game is already over. Glad I waited around nervously all day for THIS.

It wasn't ALL hand, but he did get some hand, and it was a foul (at least in my eyes).
And yes, that was a pretty pathetic quarter of basketball by the Celtics.

Isn't every quarter you complain about the worst you've ever seen?

Unfortunately every "worst quarter" seems to be progressively getting worse and worse. I can guarantee you every statistic in the book shows that is the worst quarter of basketball they played this year.
I am actually at a loss for words right now. Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe it. The Celtics have completely gotten away from EVERYTHING they do and the Lakers are playing the best basketball anyone has played the Celtics this year. Total shock right now...
