I hope the Hornets go after Ben Gordon. Gordon, Paul, West = awesomeness.

i hope sasha can be peja v.2 one day.
he's still VERY immature as a player though and takes a lot of stupid shots.
ps. this series would be a little more competitive if we had bynum down the middle.

That would be awesome, but could we afford him?

What would Gordon command in return a sign and trade? Unless I'm wrong he's a RFA, and I'd think the Bulls would strongly consider dealing him for a good offer.

Definitely agree about Bynum. With a healthy Bynum, the Lakers would be very much in the series, maybe even leading. Bynum gives them that inside force that can retaliate against KG and make Pierce think twice before going down the lane. That forces Pierce and Allen to beat them by taking shots on the perimeter and limits the damage that KG can do inside.
Completely different series if Bynum is healthy.

Well, his importance to our team definitely shows when we play teams with big men that play BIG. I wonder to myself sometimes, with the exception of Sasha at times, does Europe teach defense when they teach basketball or does it just go unmentioned?

I agree about Bynum as well. Dude was starting to look like a real force before the injury. The Lakers are going to be SCARY good next year!

A couple quick observations:
1. They aren't calling ANYTHING. For either team. It's going to make the calls that they do call seem THAT much worse...
2. Kobe is ******* ON. It's going to be a long ******* night. Ain't nothing the Celtics can do right now. Hopefully they can get through it...
I can't wait for the Olympics so I can actually root for that guy...

Two thoughts thus far: My god they're letting them play. Also, KG is sexytime in my mouth.

Until 8 minutes left in the 4th and they get complacent, and the Lakers come back to tie it.
I'm not even fazed now, happens every time, it will be a tie game under 3 minutes.

The key to this series is that Gasoft hasn't shown up. Kobe doesn't have a go to guy right now to help him out, Odom as well has played soft IMO.
Boston is getting production from their role players, LA really isn't.

Gordon would be great with a PG like Paul, but just don't look for him to play any defense, handle the ball, or pass lol.
