Just feeling out how other people would respond to this trade in my head.
Zach Randolph and Darius Miles for the Bulls 9th Pick. I'd rather not have miles and would trade him for spare parts or anything at all, but i think the blazers would get rid of dmiles and randolph to start fresh.
The Blazers could get a SF like Thornton and have the greatest young five seen. Oden, Aldridge, Thornton, Roy, Jack. The problem with Thornton would be he is a scorer and would demand it to much. But they could go Jeff Green or someone who can play the role better.
The Bulls upgrade and i believe they can afford Randolph with their cap space.
But I mean this could just be me being crazy. Would this trade fly?

First off, Randolph and Darius have huge contracts, so the Bulls would have to throw in some guys to make the salaries match, which I doubt they'll do. Secondly Randolph and Miles are not Scott Skiles Type guys, either be there character or work ethic. Thirdly, if for some reason this does happen, Blazers would probably take a Connely seeing that Oden(If POR does take Oden) wants him on his team again.

I don't see the Blazers trading Zach Randolph for anyone other than a PG.. Maybe to Sacramento for Mike Bibby.. I don't know.

Greg Oden and Lamarcus Aldridge are gonna form one helluva duo. ...then again... we thought that of Eddy Curry and Tyson Chandler too...
...but nothing will stop Dwight and Darko once they are in their prime! :D

Anyone read the post interviews on DraftExpress.com? Damn good read.. Jerry West seemed heated as hell. I love that damn site.

The Kings got the tenth pick in our first lottery since 1998. If Bibby stays I want either Roy Hibbert or Julian Wright if the Kings trade him or he files for free agency then I went Mike Conley.

I don't even know if Hibbert is staying in the draft. When's the cutoff date anyway?

They tanked on purpose and because of that they don't deserve Durant or Oden.

What's the deal with Hibbert? Why would he go back to school when he's a guaranteed top 10 pick? Dumb.

Because next season he's a guaranteed top three pick.

No he's not, he could easily get hurt. Plus that just gives scouts another year to dissect his flaws.

Exactly. No way is he in the #1 pick next year. He wouldn't be the #1 this year if Oden and Durant stayed. He's is not a game changing big man, I mean despite his size he is not a very good shotblocker. Skilled passer and developing offensive game, but he is not a number 1 scoring option.

Nobody said number one. But if he wants to go back he will be the big man left in college hoops. So he could move from say 5-7 range to the 2-5 range. The money is still different and he can show the NBA he can lead.

Your right, my mistake I thought he said "top pick". But still I wouldn't say he would be guaranteed to be a top 5 pick.

Is Brandan Wright a good fit for the Celtics?
and did the Celtics falling in the lottery to 5 scare Hibbert into going back?

nope, the suns got screwed.
As to the Celtics, i wouldnt believe that Wright is a good fit. Id say hes an athletic 4 and you already have that with Al Jefferson.
