Generally I agree with your list but Portis has to really step it up in the last 6 games to merit serious consideration.

He is 3rd in the league in rushing yards, 2nd in the NFC only to Adrian Peterson, and his 6 rushing TD's is tied for 4th in the NFL, and he is only gonna get more goaline carries from now. NFC backs I'd say would be AD, Westbrook, and Portis. Only other deserving back would be Marion Barber but he has far less yards and shares carries with Julius Jones.

Taylor
Samuels
Portis
Sellers
Fletcher should get it, but I think he will get shafted
Landry (as a backup role, possibly)

I believe only 3 or 4 safety's total make the pro bowl, no way Landry gets in.

I'd love if Sellers and McIntosh got in, but I doubt it. The rest of your list Ghetto, all seems very plausible.

Apparently the last time the votes were counted, Taylor led the way for safeties. This is the last week for voting so go vote for Taylor if you get the chance.

an update on my thoughts.
i think that portis deserves the 3rd spot in the nfc behind adrian peterson and brian westbrook. he has 200 more rushing yards than MBII and only 1 less td.
london fletcher absolutely should be in the pro bowl. itd be a tragedy if he wasn't. he has quickly taken over as the leader of our defense and through 14 games has put up 120 tackles (5th in the NFL), along with 12 pass deflections, 3 interceptions, and a defensive TD.
sellers is the best FB in the nfc and one of the top 3 in the NFL. he deserves to be in the pro bowl but he doesnt have the name recognition that some other guys have so id be suprised if he made it to Hawaii which is a real shame.
finally i think that laron landry deserves a spot. he is second in the nfl for tackles by a safety with 87. he is an absolute force since moving to free safety. his range is unbelievable to watch and he already puts the fear in receivers.

Chris Samuels seems like the most likely Skin to make it.

i dunno. i feel like last year he deserved to go but this year hes been up and down. given that he has been put on an island all year given the injuries to the o line he has been up and down throughout the season. some games hes completely shut down his man but other times hes been beat pretty badly. hes had a pretty good year but i dont know that id say a pro bowl year.

So our pro bowlers are Cooley, Samuels, and ST. Sellers, Portis, Fletcher, and Carter all snubbed.

its unreal to me that portis and fletcher didnt make it. fletcher should be in over willis and lofu. and portis obviously deserves it over MBIII. i understand sellers and carter.

I'm glad Portis didn't make it.
He plays much better with a chip on his shoulder. Hopefully he will be there Sunday night showing them their mistake.
Sellers should have made it though, Fletcher had an even chance with Lofa.
