Play-in:

Reservoir Chimps vs. HinesWardJr's Pubestache
SK and BT should easily beat the MIA team of HWJP.

Opening Round:

Reservoir Chimps vs. Team Cupcakes
DwarfThrower playing well or myself playing poorly, maybe both, but we did quite similarly. Either way, DwarfThrower has been overlooked and plays better than his gunnery sergeant rank. Cupcakes have to be considered the favorites having better ranks and higher "high skill" while SK and BT are relatively new to Halo. The team wearing pink and purple armor with the unicorn as their icon wins [<---p.s. that's Team Cupcakes].
MVP= DwarfThrower

Pin Pals vs. Steel Curtain
2 majors starting for Steel Curtain while Pin Pals seem generally new. DG will have to pull of the cheats to pull the upset but with Steel Curtain's rank, they have to be considered the favorite and I believe they'll get the job done.

The Hamsters vs. London Silly Nannies
Cain and DLion should beat up on London SN badly.
MVP= jeezy93 in a blowout victory.

Maple Syrup Chuggers vs. Ladder to Heaven
DK and JF. I haven't seen either of LoH's players. I've heard Billingsley was good, but I've played with Jewlose and see jewlose online where it took over a week for canada26 to accept my friend request and his partner has yet to play in 2008.
MVP= Canada26 in a loss.

Semifinals:

Team Cupcakes vs. Steal Curtain
With DwarfThrower no longer be overlooked, I have to step up against a team with a lot of Halo experience. Possibly the best matchup in the entire tournament, 3 majors who are all relatively close and a gunnery sergeant who will soon be an officer. Steal Curtain has to be the favorites but there hasn't been an upset yet. Cupcakes barely edging Steal Curtain.

The Hamsters vs. Maple Syrup Chuggers
ImbrotherCain and Jeezy both go positive k:d with jeezy spreeing at least once. They prove to much for DK/JF with another victory. This won't be as lopsided though.

If I wasn't so biased against my own team, I would put money on The Hamsters winning it all.

So far out of all the NFLDC'ers I've played with, j05son seems to be the best, so I see him taking over this game and carrying his team to a big W.

The Steel Curtain vs. Pin Pals: Pin Pals

That cheatginger guy has talent, and Chris is average, so I see them defeating these wannabe '70 Steelers. (jbond will cry)

The Hamsters vs. London Silly Nannies: The Hamsters

I've played I'mBrotherCain before, and although he's average at best, his partner is pretty damn good. I see them winning this one steadily.

Maple Syrup Chuggers vs. Ladder To Heaven: Maple Syrup Chuggers

All im hearing these days is how godly Billingsley is at Halo, but to everyones surprise, his heavily favored team is not only going to lose this game, but they will be crushed. I guarantee that me and JF win 2 straight, sending billingsley out of the tournament quick. (DK gets MVP)

2nd Round

Team Cupcakes vs. Pin Pals: Team Cupcakes

Once again, j05son really impressed me when we played, and I'm going to trust the wildcard in primetime.

A repeat of the last time we played, I see it ending up the same way though. Another blowout for the Canadians.

This is the one game I'm actually a bit worried about going into, primetime is an unknown, and I've seen the skill of j05son before. I think my team will pull through in a tight 2-1 victory and continue our legacy in Halo 3.

I think your brother being your guest I may have you guys under valued, but as one of the top teams in the tourney. I've told my partner who I think are the best teams, and yours was one. Glad I will only have to play you in the championships ;-).

I watched the Steelers lose in the playoffs, so I should be alright for a bit ;-)

Now I'm rooting for Jacksonville/Tennessee over those damn Colts.

I was playing Halo when the steelers were coming back and it was almost a bad bad bad day. I was doing lone wolves trying to get the 5 achievements I still need to totally beat this game [beat the campaign 4 times now LOL, first time with my buddy on normal for the story line the day it came out. Second time to beat it on legendary and get all the skulls and portals, did it in co-op since Legendary flood missions are a pain-in-the-ass. Third time was helping my buddy in legendary since he helped me. This last time was on normal for the meta game missions]. I beat one level in 16 mins since I know the story line so well now, LOL].

So, I'm in game and all 6 people agree that we'll get the two for one achievement [Snowbound was the level]. One other guy and myself were the last to go, and by then, everyone just killed each other after they got it and say **** the rest. Which pissed me off since I crouched in front of someone 3 times to get 3 people the achievement and they couldn't let me and the last guy get it. Let's just say there was a lot of profanity from me directed at them, and then I avoided all of them for unsporting conduct. Then my mom told me the steelers are within a field goal.

critesy PM'd me saying he's out because he still doesn't have an Xbox. As you can tell, I'm incredibly pleased that he stayed involved in the tournament and told me immediately when he was assigned a matchup that he couldn't play. Incredible class.

I hate to say it, but if billingsley's parter doesn't show up he should be DQ'd. There should be no outside players allowed in the tournament. It'd be unfair seeing how the guy could be a ringer or something
