Not going to argue that, but just to say Cera is a beast of an actor and will show it later. I just ask you to pardon him from the "Extreme Movie" he's doing.

***SPOILER*** Highlight the selection below
he whispered in Juno's ear that he was leaving his wife and thought Juno would be "cool" with it. By that point, he thought more of their relationship than Juno did. Also he was always happy to see her there. What he didn't have friends his own age?

You clearly haven't seen Michael Clayton then. Tilda Swinton is far and away the best choice of Commie's nom's.

Here we are at the First Annual Commie Awards! I am your host, JBond, and I will be bringing you straight to the red carpet as all of the stars come to attend the largest even in NFLDC history and movie history itself! We are an hour away from finding out who takes home some of the most coveted prizes in the industry, and the stars are already arriving! Coming down the red carpet now is the always lovely and classy Keira Knightley.
Keira is nominated for Best Actress in her film Atonement tonight! Atonement has been nominated for Four Awards tonight, including Best Actress, Best Cinematography and Best Costume Design!

As we prepare for the ceremony to begin, I wanted to unveil the most spectacular award in the movie industry, The Commie! Technicians worked hard to create a unique and pivotal award statue. Here is what many of the actors, actresses, directors, and producers will be winning tonight:
Oh wait, wait! Johnny Depp has just arrived on the red carpet with Vanessa Paradis and we are going to catch up with him!
Depp is sporting the all black in honor of his film, Sweeney Tood: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street that is nominated for 6 awards, tied for second-most. Depp himself is nominated for Best Actor, and his co-star Helena Boham Carter is also nominated for Best Actress! We also could see Sweeney win a Commie for Best Picture itself! Good luck Johnny!

Since the nominations have come out, the public has been attempting to predict who the winners will be! We will be revealing some of the predictions of the public throughout the evening to see if they accurately assessed who will take home the Commies tonight. Here are some predictions for the first few awards:
Best Visual Effects:
300 [8/12]
Tranformers [2/12]
Golden Compass [1/12]
Pirates of the Caribbean[1/12]
Best Musical Score:
Atonement [6/12]
There Will Be Blood [5/12]
American Gangster [1/12]
Best Costume Design:
Sweeney Todd [11/12]
Elizabeth [1/11]
Best Art Direction:
Sweeney Todd [6/12]
Pirates of the Carribean [5/12]
There Will Be Blood [1/12]
Coming down the red carpet, we have to beautiful ladies. Jennifer Garner, nominated for her role in Juno, and Cate Blanchett who is actually nominated in BOTH the Best Actress and Supporting Actress categories. She could take home two Commies tonight!
Though every winner tonight will set history, Cate's ability to set a huge precedent winning two awards could be a mark untouched for years! Good luck to both nominees!

*Cut to speech by Philip Seymour Hoffman*
Philip is also up for the Best Supporting Actor award for "Charlie Wilson's War." He had an incredible performance and could be taking home two Commie's tonight! The suspense is killing me!

What an incredible way to kick off tonight's event! The next award always honors the men and women who are rarely talked about but make a major impact in movies. To present the award for "Best Musical Score," is Steve Carrell and Katherine Heigl.

Many thought Musical Score was between Atonement and There Will Be Blood, and There Will Be Blood took the award! Next, the hard at work costume designers behind the scenes will get to have their moment in the spotlight. Here to present Best Costume Design is Nicole Kidman and Bruce Willis!
