Um, no. Unless Favre gets injured(very unlikely) Rodgers won't start. Favre came back to play, not just for the records.

Not to mention Thompson has said he intends for the packers to play to win this year, not next year or down the road as part of a rebuilding process. That means Favre plays, because he obviously gives the team the best chance to win.
Although Thompson could have been just giving the fans lip service, either way favre will play. He makes the packers tons of money just because he is who he is.

Because that might be the last time we ever get to see #4 play.

Excluding the Ron WOlfe Draft
He had a few good players:
Javon Walker
Najeh Davenport
Aaron Kampman
Nick Barnett
Scott Wells
Corey Williams

(How's Brandon Jackson picking up the system?)
I think he's doing well. He's getting a lot of reps, which is only going to help him. He's a gifted young man physically. He has the power and the quickness. He has a lot of pop in his body, and you can just see when he's comfortable he's able to take off. He's feeling his way on some things and he's only going to get better.

(Donald Driver?)
Donald tested last night and I have not gotten his medical report for today. Hopefully he can go tomorrow too.

Also other things said suggest Wynn will be cut and White is doing well

Hodge didn't, but Moll certainly outshined expectations. He sarted 10 games and played well, how can you say that isn't "showing a whole lot of anything"?

If you could chose one free agent that you want TT to season next offseason who would it be? for me I would want Ben Troupe, he will solve out problems at TE.

Tony Moll went from 5th round wasted pick to being a candidate for all-rookie team. He started 10 games and did a yeoman's job. How many other 5th rounders started that many games?
Randy McMichael would have been a good pick-up, more so with the injury to T.H.
Now Morency out for a couple of weeks. RB's on the roster have a great chance to step it up. A veteran RB would have been nice as well, but I'd like to see Herron make the squad so this could be his chance to do it.

I like to hear this.
Quote:
"If I said I didn't want to be a starter, I wouldn't have anything to shoot for," Gbaja-Biamila said Monday. "Here's my mentality. My goal with these new coaches is to cause so much havoc that they'll say, 'Let's just keep him in there.'
"But if I'm never a starter again I'm OK with that, too."
|
Quote:
|
Am I at peace? Yeah, I'm at peace," Gbaja-Biamila said. "In spite of my feelings, I think that was a good call by the coaches. Cullen Jenkins is a good run-stuffer. He's a bigger body, and he's also actually quick enough to be a threat on the pass."

According to Football Prospectus 2007 they predict that the New England Patriots to be the Super Bowl Champions, but they said to watch out for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Green Bay Packers as teams that could suprise people and get to the promise land.
